Wow !!
Sweetie first of all. New York nor India makes a woman. !! We were raised within certain cultures and Zoya portrays this . May have a western life style but does not forget her roots . All credits go to the relatives who raised her . Asad and Zoya made the decision today for him to stay back. He could have never done it without her support. In reality Zoya was the winner today . This is the bride Dilshad choose for her son and she had many many reasons in making this choice. So don't feel cheated . Feel proud .

Yes, life is grey and not all roses and similarly in life altering circumstances ones's real emotions comes out...and in such a moment he was ready to leave Zoya even after her continuous pleading and declaration that she needed him in his life, but he didn't stay...he only stayed for his mother. And honestly I don't have a problem with that...my point is irrespective of whether it's Dilshad or Ayaan or Nikhat, Zoya has always been his option and not his priority. Believe me a sensible matured self respected woman specially from NewYork ( I am a new yorker) would not abide by such nonsense. What irks me is 4lion's continuous mis portrayal of a New Yorker. I take this very personally because the reason I was interested in QH was because Zoya is apparently an American. I haven't come across any American as Zoya honestly. She has disrobed herself from any self respect she had and I am honestly planning to write a complaint to BCCC for defaming American women like us in this way. It was utter nonsense the way she was pleading that she needs him in his life...seriously, who talks like that and the man completely turns her down and insults her. It was completely horrendous to watch such crap. Love, marriage is a partnership...it's a give and take relationship. When a line is crossed a couple should part ways until the person who has wronged doesn't completely commit and here I don't think Asad has completely committed to her after loaning her off to his brother.
Anyways...sorry for the rant. I have very strong views about this ...mostly because I work with women and their rights. Also, I don't believe in fairy tales or happily ever afters...or end games or destined to be together. In the world I live in trust and commitment to a person is important...not necessarily marriage. But trust and commitment are broken everyday...people fall in and out of love. All I wanted to see a sane and honest portrayal of an American woman which I have not received and in return they have butchered her character. It's unacceptable to me because as a viewer I feel cheated.

Priyanka, its an Indian show..Atleast Asad is better than an ASR or Shlok😆 On that note, Zoya is not exactly a victim here..When has she ever given priority to Asad? She decides to NOT leave with him because she sympathizes with his dad..She leaves on the day of their wedding cos she wants to play detective for his sister..She refuses to leave SM despite Asad's repeated please cos she wants to shoot for some goddamn documentary..So where exactly is Zoya prioritizing Asad? The world does not revolve around Zoya man..Asad has his own life..If Zoya can take decisions on her own, so can Asad..And this issue has nothing to do with AsYa..Asad is hurt and doesn't want to stay there cos it reminds him of his mom..Whats so wrong in that? Zoya after all the claims never offered to go along with Asad..All she tried was to change his decision..Now just because he refuses to embrace his loser father, he is called stone-hearted..Now tell me one thing..How would you react if Asad had thrown these words on Zoya's face in such a scenario? Why is it that its Asad who has to always understand everyone's POV? Not one thought spared to what he is going through?😕

Absolutely...u are a New Yorker yourself...u know it better😃..but I am sure NYC is not the only place on the planet with emancipated self respecting woman...and nor is it devoid of women who take crap...the wife of the former President of the United States showed the world the extent to which she took crap to make a marriage work...an influential one at that...to me..that representation of emancipated American culture was more appalling than what a small scale daily soap does

to me Asad agreeing after Dilo mamma s call is not at all a surprise!!!

I being a married woman myself n mother of 2 lil boys...would defo feel bad if my hubby listens to me more than any1 else...but we r talking ASYA n ALWAYS...they have prioritized others than themselves...

for Zo...its not a big deal...she herself stayed for Rashid n Dilo...she said "U can leave ur OLD and ILL mum-dad but I CANT"...if Asad has stopped after his mom s call...Zoya s d happiest gal!!!! she has been portrayed that selfless...its jus the characterisation...as Gul always said "EITHER TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT"...n our Indian viewers took it seriously n many left when they showed utter crap!!!!!

atleast what they show is much better than Zoyaan Jaanu crap!!!! so no complaints...

Best post title so far 🤣

Sehwag ki maa behen nahi likha? 😆

Mr Khan never intended to go, But his stubbornness would not allow to admit this to Zoe, and ammi just called at the right time. Saved by the phone call. Zoe knows him well enough too.
