How can she accuse Asad of not caring about relationships? How can she say he's stone on the inside?
Seriously what does she expect him to do, welcome his dad back with open arms? The man abandoned Asad and his family when he was a kid for goodness sake! He didn't care about them at all. Not for their happiness, their well-being, their financial situation, or anything. Why should Asad care about him now, just because he's dad's had a heart attack?
She's lecturing him on the importance of having a dad, does she not realize how ironic that is considering when he most needed a father, he did not have one? And she says they have a blood relation, exactly my point, Asad and Rashid have a blood relation and even then Rashid abandoned Asad. Whatever she is using to persuade Asad to talk to his dad can be used against her to show exactly why Asad feels wronged.
Now his father needs him, not the other way round, so his father wants Asad back. Asad doesn't owe him anything.
And why is she saying Asad doesn't care about relationships and that he's breaking relationships?😕 He wasn't the one that left, first his dad left, and now his mother. Yes Asad gave Dilshaad an ultimatum, but she still broke one relationship to create a new one..
What gets me even more is that she keeps acting like she's the only one who has had to live without a father, when she's not, Asad has felt the same pain. Yes he knew where his father lived, but really does that make things better? I think it makes it worse. Imagine knowing your father ditched you and your family for another woman, imagine knowing he lives round the corner somewhere and yet he doesn't care enough to come and see you once or try to keep a relationship with you. To Rashid, Dilshaad and their kids were non-existent and practically dead to him until now, so I think it's fair for Asad to say for him his father died when he was a kid..
And for those parents that abandoned him, she now is happy to break up with him over them.. These people who left their own son, what makes her think they'd care anymore about her?
As for Rashid the idiot still proclaims he doesn't know what he's done wrong!
P.S. Why is it that Zoya never accepts his opinions or choices? Why does she not see his pain? Why does she have to force her feelings onto him? So he doesn't want to go and see his father, so why is she forcing him? How does that affect their relationship? Is him talking to his father more important to her, than their relationship?🥱
I know people will say she's just happy-go-lucky, but just because she thinks she could forgive a father like Rashid, it does not mean everyone can, and that doesn't make them stone-hearted or a bad person, it just makes them someone who has felt too much pain to move on..
