You got me to google them. And I got even more confused! All I got from all those psych reading is that these therapies help identify (and challenge!) thought processes (CBT) and emotional responses (REBT)! I know psychology. You should be proud 😉

Hey that was not bs, what you have said is a little similar to what i have planned, they do back off as they realise that what ever their feelings under the freindship umbrella is not healthy and the last thiing they want to do is be untrue to the person they loved so long ago.
