Because Haider will be living in SM and as per the spoilers, Haider will reveal a poignant story... related to Zoya. So, technically, Haider HAS to be someone close to Zoya who knows/ knew her very well. As Haider would be a vibrant young man, who can easily get along with people, he'll most probably be close to Dilshad . as she is closer to Zoya more thananyone in SM,who knows Zoya closely about her past and all, she'll be the gate to Zoya's past and Raziya's end, along with Haider.

Let the Cvs take time to unfold this...the plot's getting complicated and it is being scripted properly.
