I agree that Asad is not selfish and yes Zoya does not know the pain and suffering that Dilshad and her two kids went thru after Rashid left but she is not totally wrong in saying it is difficult for someone to live without their love as she is speaking from her and Asad's bitter experience of being apart. She did not force him to listen to her , she just gave him her POV. I am not supporting because i fangirl her but just standing for whats right.

My heart goes out to Asad as he is the one suffering the pain the most and he does not deserve that after all that he has done for his mum and sister.

But in this Equation Zoya is not to be blamed but Rashid Ahmed Khan who is selfish for his own reasons and now Dilshad who is ungrateful and has turned selfish just like Rashid. I have a simple equation here. Rashid and Dilshad should realise that it is time for their children to love, marry and give them grandchildren. Their time to do all that has long pass. It is not approriate for them to try and revive a marriage and their love which ended long ago . Yeah it is understandable that they may still love each other but are they not being fair to others by just uprooting and leaving a trail of destruction behind when nothing will be accomplished unless the are planning to have a couple of kids at this age and can forget that they ever had ASAD, Najma, Nikhat, Ayaan, and Nuzzat. There is a possibility right.

Anyway please do not say that everyone bashes just Asad cause when it is time to Bash Zoya even she gets bashed and it will keep on going that way as the story goes on. It is the character and situation that is played at that point of time. Blindly fangirling without logic is not healthy.

Goes to show that just because someone is strong, everyone thinks they can hurl abuse at thrm.emotional, verbal, in the form of accusations, blackmail, mocking their stance in life.

Mom leans on a little boy. Instead of becoming a rebel, taking to drugs or drink or a gangster, he works hard, becomes successful, restores her honour in society. Girl comes to India, meets Mr. Darcy, enjoys his protection, his growing fancy, mocks him to conceal her own insecurities, tells himthat she know his mother better? Maybe she sees a side that she thinks he does not see. But Asad knows. asad knows that dilshad loves rashid. He has always known it. Renember his conversation with najma episode 6 or 7.

So eveyone, ammi, zoya, ayaan, plays emotional games with this man. He should really turn negative now and show them the finger!

I have a very close family member, who married for love, and left with her little boy because of a horrible married life. She is now a single mom. That little boy still wants his dad back in a way, but he knows , know with every cell of his being that he lives for his mother, as does she for him. And i know that she will NEVER forsake her son should that loser ex of hers call her up and say that he is ill. In fact he called one time and threatened suicide. She gave him a earful, and by the way, he is still alive and kicking!

I had a close friend who is no more due to cancer. Her mum was ill treated by the father and left the mum when she was sick and dying of cancer. This friend of mine grew up struggled and became a lawyer but she never forgave her father.

She had seen him on the streets like a vagabond but she never gave him a 2nd look. That is the love of a child for a mother and in normal cases it is easier for the child to falter in this relationship compared to the mother.

A mother in reality can never choose another over her own blood, flesh and tears. Again i repeat Dilshad is as selfish as Rashid. She used Asad all this while to go back to slime ball.
