If PH want to show NY twist, they will set up an other set with NY style home and they can shoot Asad scenes in that house to show Asad is in NY. PH don't need to spend money on actually flying QH team to NY and have an outdoor shoot in Times Square, all they need is a set with NY style home.

Zoya is US citizen, therefore, there will be no visa issues for Asad if he gets married to her after few months in NY. He can go on visitors visa and convert to GC after he takes Zoya as his bride. No logic issues either.
