It's honestly to each his own yaara...I know people in my society who are super liberal...and many don't find it uncomfortable. ...the phenomenon is not uncommon or unheard of..but it exists in a different strata of society. ..west mein it's common...yahan nahi

In some cultures it is considered gentlemanly and chivalrous

i lived in the west.,..worked with many men...we would even go to the movies together...but holding hands in public...really???

i ask coz i m married and if it were my husband he would have a lot of explaining to do...

That's coz u and I don't see it as appropriate yaara...

By mentioning that chivalry waala example...I m just trying to say that it is ok and accepted...and friends hold hands too...plus while escorting a lady to a stage, hands can be held...it happens in many award functions. ..escorting a date is different

Since we don't know their equation...we can't say much...if they are cool with it...what can we say
