There have been many times when I have disliked Asad, the Tanveer situation when he continuously believed Tanveer over Zoya, his judgemental behaviour over Zoya, him practically forcing her to marry Ayaan etc.

But God did I feel sorry for him today. How could he have ever developed into a normal guy with normal emotions when everyone around him treats him like he means nothing? Of course now he's developed into a guy who is more obsessive and possessive over those he loves than most people. His emotions seem a million times more heightened than that of normal people. And that is no fault of his own. He was probably like that as a child and he is still like that now.

His father left him and his family, he can't even have normal relationships with his half-siblings because of the elders (the pathetic parents), he had Ayaan with him at a young age, but even he was taken away from him, and now his mother is happy to leave him for the guy who he holds responsible for ruining his life (rightly so). God knows even Zoya might go away from him once she finds out who her father is. Seriously doesn't anyone care about him?🄱

I know people will say he is a grown man and that Dilshaad has a right to live her life the way she wants, and that's true, but she's a mother and she's seen the pain Asad has gone through because of his father, so how can she so easily forget all that?

Rashid left her. He went with Shireen. He didn't care about his children. Forget caring about Asad and Najma, who live in another house, he doesn't even care about the ones living with him. And he happily ruined Shireen's life. Just because he is a gutless man, it doesn't mean he should just lie to Shireen that he truly loves her, why do that, what has she done to him? She could've found someone else. I hate Shireen most of the time but I couldn't help but feel sorry for her today. Why does Dilshaad want to be with a man that cares about no-one but himself, and hurts everyone?

These three parents make Razia and Gaffur seem like amazingly awesome parents.

I felt bad for him today because he is having to live through that trauma again. First his father choose himself over Asad and now 17 years later when his mother was given the choice, she too decides to leave Asad behind.
I am disappointment in Dilshad in terms of a mother. But she has made her choice, and Asad is once again broken by his parent.

I wholeheartedly agree with you. Today Asad was the biggest victim of them all. And not by choice. I still believe Zoya will never leave him. But he loves her and might push her away when he finds out.

However Dilshad to me is so wrong here. Okay so you want to be the man you love and you forgive him. But what about how he hurt your children? Even today, he didn't give a DAMN was his SON said or felt. I thought he loved his son? Didn't he yearn for him? Doesn't he want to make him a part of his life? But no, instead he managed to alienate him EVEN more.

"I thought I would take your mother from you with your blessing" IS HE SERIOUS!? He couldn't give him the love of a father, now he wants to separate him from his mother!? UGH! Rashid is spineless, gutless and weak man.

As for loving Shireen, I can understand him loving her to some extent. But to ask his wife to live with him AND the love of HIS life!? Is he stupid? Like seriously, this man seems to have lost more screws after his life altering epiphany.

My god I wanted to cry when I watched the precap, Poor Asad. The one person he fought for his entire life, is also abandoning him. I just.. poor guy. Seriously.

EXACTLY! And as an adult, he has more heightened emotions, more built up anger. It could be more traumatic for him. It's just not fair. I still can't believe Dilshad did that. I really can't.

that also explains why he has trust issues.
he trusted tanveer because she was his ONLY friend (d teacher scene where she says nobody wanted to be his friend nd poor guy made friendship with animals) his teacher said no one will love him nd after so many yrs he wanted to prove dt teacher wrong by taking zoya there
asad also had a choice to go with rashid but without thinking he chose his ammi over rashid nd now when dilshaad is given a choice i dont think she shud even think about it she should choose asad anyday or anytime over rashid. Asad became wall for his mother nd sister supported dilshaad for those 17 yrs nd now dilshaad is happily abandoning her own son? the feeling of having parents n yet feeling orphan s d worst feeling.
he was so sure dilshaad wont leave him bechare ko shock laga hearing his mother is ready to leave him. i guess he'll go back into his shell nd will hav trust issues cos everytime he trusted on someone his trust was broken.
i too am really disappointed in dilshaad

@mochhug Totally agree with you, even now he doesn't care about Asad. I mean he's asking for Dilshaad to move in but what about Asad? If he really wants all his family together, shouldn't that include Asad?šŸ˜• How comes Dilshaad didn't think about that? Most likely Asad would have rejected the offer, but it's clear he's not wanted.

As for loving Shireen, I doubt he really does, I don't even think he loves Dilshaad. He has willingly put both women through so much pain. And since the beginning of the show it's been clear he is obsessed with Dilshaad, and never treats Shireen like a wife, he never gives her any respect. He's pathetic. Plus if Dilshaad really was the love of his life, why leave her? Why betray her and hurt her so much? This man only loves himself.🄱

I am flabbergasted by the fact that Rashid was two timing with these ladies from the beginning and still was able to reconcile with Dilshad to conceive Najma. Under what circumstances did Rashid come back to Dilshad after he had Ayaan with Shireen and why he left Dilshad again after she gave birth to Najma is beyond my comprehension at the moment. CVs better give a good logic to justify all characters involved by making this missing piece sensible. Events related to time period between Ayaan and Najma's birth holds key to the QH characters weird behavior...unless we know the concealed facts of this period locked away in the hearts of Rashid, Dilshad and Shireen, we won't for sure know who is justified or who is not.

@bold: It was revealed around Feb that the reason Rashid left Dilshad the second time was because Razia and Gaffur blackmailed him when he thought he had murdered someone in the factory.

The other points, I totally agree with. There needs to be some SERIOUS clarification of this. As far as I'm concerned, all three of them ARE NOT justified. Shireen had an affair with a married man. Rashid cheated on his first wife, then got her pregnant, then got his wife pregnant again, and then left her for Shireen again. And Dilshad had no self respect taking him back the first time. And I'm so sad to see her strong character crumble down by accepting to MOVE IN with HIM and his WIFE. It's just wrong on so many levels.

And so freaking selfish of Janab Rashid Ahmed Khan. Ugh.

If he was truly wanting to live with his entire family, he should have tried to get out of the claws of Gaffur Siddiqui. And tried to live with all his kids together. Rashid deserves to live ALONE. And then get occasional visits with his kids with Shireen. Because Asad and Najma DO NOT NEED HIM.

Sorry. But this man is getting on my last damn nerve.

@Bold . word

He makes babies and moves on to the next. I just feel he is a freaking slime ball. If this is something that happened in reality and i had been there i swear i would have kicked so hard where it hurts most that he would have forgotten to even love himself anymore. Dilshad is a sorry case of a woman. She has no pride or self respect. Even if you love the man , you should still do the right thing. You need not move in with him but insist on a separate residence i think we would not have felt so bad. She is going to live with him in his 2nd wifes brother's house. How sick and degrading is that.😔😔
