But I agree with the rest of your post Mamta. Mocking, demeaning, insulting actors and their lives and making stories out if it is definitely extremely distasteful no matter what.

Amber, thank you. However, the defense was unnecessary.

My post was controversial enough to ensure a speedy ban and that's all I was looking for. Under normal circumstances, my opinions would still have been the same (apart from the shipping KaBhi part). But they would have been articulated in a more civilized manner.

I won't apologize. As it happens though, I've found the blantant display of hypocrisy in your post quite laudable.

For starters, if I can spend so much time and effort hating on actors I am not acquainted with, would it kill to have the same courtesy extended towards me? Your argument has not been supported. It is merely your opinion, and employing an opinion as means of arguing is quite counterproductive. A message serving simply to convey rage doesn't hold much sway with me.

As it turns out, I am acquainted with being "severely pissed off" as well. Unlike others, however, I don't struggle with how to conduct myself when I'm angry. My rage is locked and loaded (instead of being channeled into moral policing).

Have fun reveling in your pointless moral superiority. I sincerely hope you take the time to use your talent in other ways.

The very fact that the post was deleted shows that the brief was exceeded .

You are right that it is not for us but the parents to keep a check on their children's activities . But how would the parents even know it is their kid who is making these posts if their child is writing under a pseudonym ?Remove the camouflage and walk the talk ! Then all your wit will be much appreciated .

The person who was referred to here ?? You tell me... whose wit you will appreciate ?

I do not think there was just one person ..these random posts punctuate the forum all the time . i have not taken note of the names ..just of the contents in the images ...and have to admit I was stunned the young minds are engaged in this activity .
Believe me I am not moral policing ..I am just requesting that an atmosphere should be prevalent that all can be comfortable in . The forum has provided an avenue where you can PM friends to share what all here are not comfortable with .

I have not read any of the fiction but some members have shared their angst with me concerning them ...these are some who are with me on other show Walls too .

I do not believe I owe any one an apology .

And the great Indian double standard rears it's ugly head. Just as a point of fact - there is nothing disgusting or obscene about sex. This country would be a much better place to live in if adults were honest with their children instead of placing some inflated value and opinion on sex. Indian society finds a million reasons to denounce American tv and movies yet Bollywood and Indian Telly is a million times more obscene. We scream about stories that have explicit content in it yet allow our children to read books like Twilight.

As I said before we are no one to monitor or judge what others are reading. They want to read explicit content then that's their right. The only thing that a site or it's mods can do, in case they are worried about young impressionable minds, is find a way to ensure that only a certain age group is allowed access. Other wise what's next - being reduced to say the "f-word" and "b-word" just in case some kid picks it up on a forum rather than the other million ways they can?

I may be wrong, but in my 8 years almost 9, as a married woman and many more years as an adult and someone in a relationship, I know for sure that excessive PDA in media by one person only screams insecurity in the relationship. Its called "marking your territory".

Sorry but I really had to come back to this comment. If the said person was really insecure there are other better and more effective means one can resort to than just PDA which in my opinion doesn't serve the purpose at all. For all you know none of the drool-worthy off screen segments and BTS videos would be there if she had to mark her territory- as you call it. Trust me there are many actors- married and who are in relationships who don't even give joint interviews with their co-actors. So does that mean their wife's are insecure?

Doha time ::
Which applies to me and only me...
Bura Jo Dekhan Main Chala, Bura Naa Milya Koye
Jo Munn Khoja Apnaa, To Mujhse Bura Naa Koye

Translation
I searched for the crooked, met not a single one
When searched myself, "I" found the crooked one

My Understanding
This doha deals with our perception behavior and tendencies. It has been invariably noticed that we tend to find fault with someone else for our situations and circumstances. Our "I", the ego, always tries to put blame on others. Non-awareness of our own self is the cause of this attitude. Resultantly, we find ourselves being busy in criticizing and condemning others and conveniently term them as crooked or evil.
