According to TVT data sourced from TAM subscribers for Week 43 (October 20 - October 26) for CS 4+,HSM markets, Colors was at No. 3. Life OK made a comeback to No. 4 followed by SAB TV at No. 5. Sony remained at No. 6.
Zee TV topped the Hindi general entertainment channels riding on the television premiere of Chennai Express. Its viewership grew by about 100 million and its gross TVT reached 505 million. Its relative share rose to 21.33% against last week's 18.28%.
Star Pluslost 24 million in its Gross TVT and slipped to No. 2 in Week 43. The channel recorded 493 million TVT with a relative share of 20.80% (last week 517 million TVT with 23.09% relative share).
Colors recovered in Week 43 after losing viewership in the last two weeks. The channel added 39 million TVT and recorded a gross TVT of 424 million. It had a relative share of 17.87% (last week 384 million TVT with 17.17% relative share).
Life OK returned to No. 4 by adding 18 million TVT this week. The channel recorded Gross TVT of 335 million against last week's 317 million. The channel's relative share was at 14.12% in Week 43 against 14.15% in the previous week.
SAB TV slipped to 5th position this week from last week's No. 4. The channel recorded 332 million TVT and 14% relative share (last week 319 million TVT and 14.26% relative share).
Sony further lost 10 million viewers and remained at No. 6. The channelrecorded Gross TVT of 282 million with 11.88% relative share (last week 292 million TVTs with 13.05% of relative share).
