Ayaan is coughing and Zoya runs with him to bathroom. Tanveer is threatening Asad that she could not become Nazma s bhabi but can become her sautan she has a wedding card printed with her and Imran s name. Asad asks her not to involve his family but she tells him it already is. He tries to throw her out but she taunts him again of She then tells him that the 'mohabbat ki nishani' which is growing in her stomach is his sister s husband Imran . Asad does not believe her and tells her to go out. She tell s him to confirm with Imran but she loves him. She recites a shayari of waiting for him always and then loving other men in between. She tells a mom has to make sure that the baby gets his father s name. She gives him a choice if her doli should go to his ouse as his wife or Nazma s as her sautan and gives him 24 hours to think. She tries to feed him sweets but when Asad does not eat she happily eats it herself and tells him he has time till tomorrow . Asad is in a fix.
Ayaan is standing below the shower and Zoya wants to call the doctor and he does not want one. He ends up coughing blood but still does not want Zoya to call the doctor. He ends up almost hugging her for support and she is stroking his back . Razia brings Shireen to Ayaan s room and they see Ayaan hugging Zoya against the bathroom wall under the shower and Zoya caressing him. They misunderstand and are shocked . Humeira witnesses this and is heartbroken.
Haseena screams and calls everyone and tells them excitedly she has honeymoon tickets for tomorrow. Farhan declines so does Nikhat . Fahaan makes an excuse of work and tells him that Nikhat can go alone , Haseena is happy but Nikhat says there is no use of her going alone. Farhaan concludes its useless if Nikhat stays back and he agrees to go. Nazma asks about the flight tickets and Haseena tells them to go by car theya re confused as they feel they are going to London but Haseena reveals they are going to Panchmari and will be staying in Hotel London .Nazma and Imran are disappointed.
Shireen is embarrassed to witness what happened and tells Razia that both Ayaan and Zoya had their pasts and are now starting to bond and she is very happy. Humeira overhears and cries. Nikhat is holding the ghungroo ,Farhaan asks her she is worried but she tells him there will be a day when he can tell her the truth and she prefers that. Farhaan is happy and thinks Nikhat cant bear the truth about the ghungro and its owner.
Humeira is standing against the wall crying and remembers the time spent with Ayaan. Zindagi mein kabhi koi aaye na rabba in BG. She also remembers the bathroom scene and the kitchen scene and she thinks if its her hallucination and wonders if they have started liking each other but consoles herself that she wont let anything happen . She is about to leave she sees the locket Ayaan had given her broken in two. Ayaan and Zoya are in the room discussing about the juice and Ayaan confesses he drank it on purpose as he knew there was poison mixed and it would have been Zoya who would have been blamed. She is touched when he adds that its for bhaijaan and her and they hug. Humeira sees this and is disturbed, she barges in and is furious when Zoya interrupts she asks her to keep quiet and Zoya is stunned.
PRECAP : Asad is punching a bag furiously, Tanveer is lying to the maulvi shedding crocodile tears that a man promised her marriage and ran away when she was pregnant , Maulvi asks her the man s name, Humeira is telling Ayaan Zoya needs to go, he disagrees and they have an argument. Zoya stops them and says Humeira is right and she will leave.
