Why is Humeira suffering ?

It is a very good situation from character development point of view, Humeira has led a very protected life. She Has been sheltered all her life. Had loving parents, Ayaangate also lasted a few days. This agony and pain will help her grow, maybe give her new perspective on life and relationships. It's the price that she has to pay ? She needs to learn in her own way. She recently came to know about her heart ailment and I think Zoya and Humeira's relationship will come full circle with this ! When Zoya will help her .

( fromsuweetchilli91 post- Well no, She is married because ZOyaa said yes and signed. If man's name is correct the woman will be in the Nikaah of the man although the name maybe wrong. Its according to Shariah law and i know what I am saying. Please do a little more research to be sure!!!)

But the flaws in Community Nikah are

1. They were asked only once , and they replied twice only. They should be individually asked three times and they should reply three times.

2. The Name on the Nikahnama as well as when they were asked to say QH was wrong.

3. They did not listen and reply, they were unaware, they said Haan unknowingly so , in. Islam you cannot be forced into a Nikah. You should be fully aware of what you are doing !

Sameway Talaqnama is invalid.

They were not asked about it, they were tricked into signing it. The rules of divorce are very complicated and since they had Islamic wedding , it cannot be a civil dissolution.

Talaq has to be done in three sittings and you should not be angry or under influence. Plus there are many other loopholes , so neither the nikah nor the Talaq is valid

Why is she suffering?

1. Dilshad said - Sometimes your karma leads to sufferings of your children

2. Razia stabbed Zoya's mom in her heart - She has a hole in her heart

3. Razia made Rashid leave Dilshad and ruined their life heaven - Sab kuch milke bhi Humera ko usska pyaar nahi mila. Kabhi bhi.

4. She is selfish, doubts the pious institution of Friendship. - Hence personally inflicted pain 😆 - No one can make you cry if you yourself want to cry 😉 😆

5. Contrast between Zoya who got no family still is happy and is blessed with people who love her. And Humera single child, pampered but no happiness of her own 😆

Humera may hate Zoya at first, it should COME cause it will be Zoya who will save her at the end i always feel so.

Like Ayaan who is always blaming you are sautlea and blah blah, Humera too will do so, leaving Zoya shattered. But then when Zoya comes to know about Humera and her sickness and how she can help, just like Asad, Zoya ka dil Dariya Dassh Samundar it will be, only for Humera to realize that she had wronged a right person And we will get some Sistermance 😳 😆
