ok i need a help...if we are making cardboard one,...we just need to put colour over there on design or glue needs to be used???

Cardboard pe draw your design and then use glue to stick pearls or stones or kundan..use these for outline and colour the inner space

It's hard cardboard. ..thin wooden base can be used...kisi bhi diwali decoration ya stationery mein milega...mom got shapes like sun and flower also
