Yes, I believe that Zoya might donate blood or maybe even an organ. I hope the Gaffur truth does not come out now. It be made as dramatic as finding out Zoya is his daughter because Humeira's blood group could be rare and Zoya's also probably would be the same. Then a DNA test ...

Humeira-Zoya same-same 😊

Zoya falling sickly critical after that... Asad going crazy... Gaffur going crazy...
