I just have seen today's episode and it has shown that while caring Ayan, she kept her phone on headboard, and then she talked with Razia, and left the room. they not shown that she is carrying her phone with her.
it was night time when Zoya realize that her room door is locked. as lights in the room were on, so now she will tell shirin and humzi that she is resting instead taking care of Ayan.
