It was nearly a week since Zoya had moved to Mumbai.. She was doing an impressive work in her project surprising her mentors in Dilshad Constructions. She had become a part of Asad's family now.. The dinner time had become a very happy family bonding time after Zoya joined them.. Her innocent behavior had won the hearts of Dilshad and also Rashid.. However, both Dilshad and Rashid feared thinking about Gaffur's reaction on this ...
It was Saturday and Asad had promised Zoya to take her around Mumbai .. He had told her to be ready by 10 AM but when Asad approached the lobby of the hotel where she was staying, he did not find her.. Daily she would be reading either a newspaper or working on her ipad when he would come to pick her up to office...He got little worried and tried reaching her on her mobile but it was switched off...
Asad to Receptionist : Excuse.. Miss. Zoya Siddique .. kaunse kamre mein rukhi hain ??
Receptionist : Sir.. unka room first floor mein Room number 104...
Asad : Kya aap bata sakti hain ki woh room mein hain ki nahin.. unka mobile bhi lag nahin raha hain...
Receptionist : Sir ek minute.. main room ke land line pe try karti hoon...After trying for few minutes... Sir phone koi utha nahin raha hain... .
Asad : Madam.. Could you please help me in checking the room ?? Mera naam hain Asad Ahmed Khan.. , Dilshad Constructions ka Director.. yeh lijiye mera card...
Receptionist : Sorry sir.. unke permission ke bagair hum kisi aur ko room mein allow nahin kar sakte hain...
Asad : Madam.. dekhiye.. mein unka mangetar hoon... aap please mera madath kijiye...
Finally the receptionist agreed and sent a staff along with Asad and a duplicate key to the room...
When the door was opened, Asad saw that Zoya was in a state of unconsciousness... He ran up to her and saw that she was running with high fever ...He lifted her and took her out of the room and to his house...
Asad's House :
Dilshad and Rashid were in the drawing room watching a movie when Asad walked in with Zoya in his arms...
Dilshad : Asad.. Zoya ko kya hua beta ???
Asad : Ammi.. please doctor ko phone kijiye...
He took her to his room and put her on bed...
Doctor : Accha hua ki aapne jaldi phone kiya.. Temperatue zyada hain.. Maine injection dediya hain... lekin har ghante temperature check kijiye.. .aur jab yeh uth jayegi.. tab muje phone kijiye...
Rashid : Asad.. humein.. Gaffur Bhai ko phone karke bata dena chahiye...
Dilshad : Mere paas unka number hain.. mein phone karke batadoongi...
Siddique Mansion :
Since it was a Saturday, every body had woken up late and were getting ready for the breakfast... Ayaan had become very short tempered since 1 week.. Only Humeira and Razia understood the reason but they were happy that Zoya was out of the house... Shireen and Gaffur were discussing about Najma and Imran when the land line rang...
Ayaan : Mein dekhta hoon ammi...
Gaffur : Nahin Ayaan.. tum khana kao.. Mein dekhta hoon...
Dilshad on Phone : Salaam Walikum... Mein Dilshad baat kar rahi hoon.. Mumbai se...
Gaffur : Walikum Salaam.. Mein Gaffur Siddique.. Batayiye.. kaise phone karna pada...
Dilshad : Ji... Zoya bahut beemar hain.. Shayad kal raat se bukar tha.. Hum use humare ghar leke aye hain.. Doctor ne injection de di hain...
Gaffur : Meri bacchi ko kya hua ?? Please usse phone do...
Dilshad : Maaf kijiye.. woh abhi so rahi hain..utne ki halath mein nahin hain abhi.. lekin aap ghabrayiye math.. jab uth jayegi tab phone karenge.. aur hum Zoya ka teek tarah khayal rakenge...
Gaffur : Shukriya.. mein abhi Mumbai atha hoon...
Ayaan : Maamu kya hua Zoya ko ??
Gaffur had tears in his eyes.. He remembered how she had high fever for 2-3 days continuously in her childhood ..He had taken care of her at that time.. He could not think of staying away from her now... He had to go and meet his child..
Ayaan : Maamu kya hua hain Zoya ko ??
Gaffur : Zoya ko bukar hogaya hain.. Dilshad ka phone tha..unhone Zoya ko apne ghar leke gaye hain.. abhi meri bacchi so rahi hain.. lekin mein abhi nikaltha hoon ...
Ayaan : Nahin maamu.. mein chalajatha hoon.. Mein Zoya ko wapas laoonga...
Humeira : Lekin Ayaan.. hum bahar janewale the na...??
Razia : Ayaan.. tumhe jane ki zaroorat nahin hain.. aur haan ji apko bhi jane ki zaroorat nahin hain.. Dilshad ke ghar pe hain na.. to aap wahan kaise ja sakte hain.. Zoya teek hojayegi...
Gaffur : Razia.. yeh kaise keh sakti hoon.. Wahan meri bacchi tadap rahi hain.. aur tum kaisi maa ho ??
Shireen : Babhi.. aap please chup rahiye.. Bhaijaan aap jayiye... Ayaan tum yahi raho...
Ayaan : Nahin ammi..mein bhi maamu ke saath jaoonga...
Much to the annoyance of Razia and Humeira, Ayaan also joins Gaffur to Mumbai...
Asad's House...
Asad had sat next to Zoya and had been checking the temperature every hour. It was nearly 3 hours since doctor had given injection and her temperature had also come down... Dilshad and Rashid were also equally worried and concerned about Zoya.. They very well knew Gaffur Siddique, the person which he was 20 Yrs back and hence they were worried if he would create any problems looking at Zoya's condition...
Zoya slowly opened her eyes and found Asad sitting on the bed and looking at her...A smile spread across Asad's face...
Asad : Zoya.. kaise ho ?? main bahut ghabragaya tha...
Zoya just smiled hearing him.. : Kyun ??
Asad : Woh actually.. aap ghar se aur apno se inte door hain.. aur aise bheemar padgayi ...
Zoya : Mr. Khan.. mein apne ghar mein hoon.. aur apno ke paas hi hoon..
Asad looked into her eyes searching for the meaning of her words...
Zoya : Itna socheneki zaroorat nahin buddu Ahmed Khan.. Muje bhook lag rahi hain...
Asad : oh sorry.. kya logi ?? soup piyogi... ??
Zoya : Nahin.. ice-cream kaoongi...
Asad : Kya ??
Zoya : Allah Miya.. Mazak kar rahi thi.. please kuch to leke ayiye.. bhook bahut lag rahi hain...
Dilshad and Rashid entered the room knowing that Zoya had woken up...
Dilshad : Zoya..agar itna bukar tha.. to kal raat ko hi phone karna tha na beta...??
Zoya : Poophi.. raat bahut hogayi thi.. aur mere paas koi medicine bhi nahin tha.. aaplogon ko pareshan karna nahin chathi thi...
Asad : Yeh aap kya bol rahi hain ?? abhi to apne kaha na ki hum sab apke apne hain.. to yeh formalities kyun ??
Rashid and Dilshad had a smile on their face ...
Dilshad : Mein Zoya ko soup lathi hoon... Chaliye Rashid...aap doctor ko phone kijiye...
By the time doctor came to test Zoya, Gaffur and Ayaan had also reached Asad's house..
Doctor : Aap kaise feel kar rahi ho ??
Zoya : I am feeling better now Doctor...abhi maine soup liya...
Doctor : Good.. Do ya teen din aap rest kijiye... You will be fine..
Gaffur : Doctor.. meri bacchi teek hain na ??
Doctor : Ji teek hain.. apko Asad ka shukriyad karna chahiye.. inhone teek waqt par hotel gaye aur Zoya ko mere paas leke aye.. agar dher hojatha to Zoya ka condition critical hojatha...
Gaffur was feeling very embarrassed hearing all this.. He waited till doctor left...
Gaffur : Asad beta.. bahut bahut shukriya.. mere bacchi ki dekhbhal karne keliye..
Asad just nodded to Gaffur...
Ayaan : Zoya.. tum wapis Bhopal chalo.. hum abhi chalthein hain..
Zoya : Ayaan.. mein apne project chodke kaise aa sakti hoon ? chota sa bukar tha.. Waise.. yeh bhi mera ghar hain.. yahan poophi meri bahut acchi tarah se khayal rakti hain.. muje wapas ghar ane ka man hi nahin ho raha hain...
Ayaan : Zoya.. tum aise kaise bhol sakti ho..
Zoya : Abbu please samjayiye.. Ayaan ko..
Gaffur : Rashid.. Dilshad.. pehele aap do no se maafi mangna chatha hoon.. aap logon ne mere aur Shireen ki galti ko maaf karke.. meri bacchi ko itna pyaar diya.. ..
Dilshad : Bhaijaan.. humein beeti hui baatein ko soch kar pareshan hona nahin chayiye..
Gaffur : Yeh aap logon ka badapan hain..
Ayaan : Maamu aap yeh kya baatein lekar bait gaye...
Gaffur : Ayaan.. rishtey bahut nazook hote hain.. mere galti ki wajah se aaj tak afsos kar raha hoon...Main sab ka ghunegar hoon...
Rashid : Bhai sahab.. please chodiye beeti baaton ko...
Zoya : Abbu..
Dilshad : Rashid chaliye.. hum sabkeliye nashte arrange karenge...Ayaan tum bhi aao beta..
Dilshad excused herself leaving Ayaan and Rashid in the drawing room.. She wanted the Father and son duo to spend time ...
Asad's room...
Asad : Zoya..apne abbu ke saath bath karo.. mein todhi dher mein atha hoon..
Gaffur : Asad.. please ruko beta.. mein tumse baat karna chatha hoon...
Asad hesitated and looked at Zoya.. She gave him a re-assuring sign by nodding her head ...
Gaffur : Asad..mein tumhara bhi gunegar hooon.. meine hi tumhe tumhari ammi se door kiya.. aur un dono ko bhi muje maaf kardo beta.. patha hain.. muje apni ghalti ki ehsaas kisne dilaya ??
Asad looked up with a questioning look at him...
Gaffur.. : Meri bacchi ne.. ab nahin.. jab yeh shayad pandra saal ki thi tabh...Asad.. tumhareliye yeh ghar mein sab se ladthi thi.. aur zidd karke... tumhare kamreko apna kamra banadiya..tumhe har kushi dena chathi hain Zoya.. aur haan tumse milne keliye tab se intezaar kar rahi thi.. aur jab Najma ke nikaah pe tumne ane ka faisla kiya.. tab sab se zyad kush huithi.. Muje Zoya ne kaha nahin... lekin main janta hoon.. ki architecture engineering bhi tumhari wajah se hi kar rahi hain...
Asad looked at Zoya lovingly hearing all this but he did not utter anything...
In the Drawing room...
Rashid : Ayaan.. kaise ho beta ??
Ayaan : Teek hoon...
Rashid : Kya tum mujse naaraz ho Ayaan ?
Ayaan : Ji... Aisi koi baat nahin hain...
Rashid : Ayaan.. itne saal hum mile nahin.. iska yeh matlab nahin ki mein tumse aur Najma se pyaar nahin karta.. mein tum dono se bahut pyaar kartha hoon.. aur karta rahoonga.. Shireen ka khayal rakna...
Rashid was emotionally exhausted by now.. He was also feeling bad that Ayaan was still aloof from him.. and so he wanted to move out of the drawing room.. but Ayaan hugged him ...
Ayaan : abbu.. I missed you abbu.. Mein aur Najma hamesha apki yaad kartein hain.. Muje malum hain ki ammi ki galti thi.. lekin woh toot chuki hain abbu.. ek baar unse phone pe baath kijiye aur unhe maaf kardijiye...
Rashid : zaroor beta.. zaroor baat karoonga..
Dilshad was coming with snacks .. saw Father"son duo and she was happy for them...
Dilshad : Ayaan beta apne maamu ko bulao..
Before Ayaan could go, Gaffur joined them in the Drawing room...
Ayaan : Mamu.. aap Zoya ko akele chodhkar kaise agaye ?? and he got up to go towards the room
Gaffur : Ayaan.. baito.. Asad hain na wahan .. Zoya ka khyal rakh raha hain...
Ayaan was very angry...but he could not protest .. He had to sit back and have his coffee...
Asad's room
After Gaffur excused himself, Asad was just staring away at Zoya lovingly...
Zoya : Aap muje aise kyun dekh rahein hain ??
Asad : Najma ke nikaah ke din... aapne ek sawal poocha tha ?? jawab bhi apke mooh se hi chahiye...
Zoya : Kaunsa sawal ??
Asad : Aapne us ghar mein .. mere hi room pasand kyun kiya ??
A smile spread across Zoya's face.. : abhi mood nahin hain Mr. Khan yeh sab baat karnekeliye...
Asad got really irritated with her answer..
Asad : Please Zoya... mein mazak bardash nahin kar sakta hoon.. batao.. kya baat hain ??
Zoya : Mein apki Shireen ammi se bachpan se pali badi hoon.. Mere abbu mujse bahut pyar kartein hain.. lekin Raziaji mujse bahut nafrat karthi hain... patha nahin kyun.. lekin Shireen ammi hamesha muje apni bacchi ki tarah dekhbhal ki.. Najma aur mujme koi farak nahin karti hain..mein hamesha unse bahut judi hui hoon.. ek din bhi nahin jab woh apko yaad na karti ho.. hamesha apki hi batein karti hain.. "mera Asad bahut hi sharati tha.. mere Asad ko sevaiya bahut pasand hain.. mere Asad ko bachpan se apne abbu ki tarah buildings bananeka shauk hain... " mein apko bachpan se janne lagi.. muje apki sab toys.. kitabein sab pasand aya.. bachpan se main apse judh gayi thi.. jaise badi hoti gaya.. tab samaj ne lagi.. ki aap bhi apne ammi, bhai aur behen ko miss kartein hain.. aur yeh patha tha ki aap yahan akele hain.. isliye.. mein ne tab hi tair kiya tha ki mein kisina kisi din.. aap ko apne ammi aur bhai aur behen se milvaoongi...aur muje lagtha hain.. ki apke hisse ka sara pyaar Shireen ammi ne muje dedi hain... isliye... !!
Asad had tears in his eyes as Zoya was telling all this...
Asad : Zoya.. tum...but Zoya closed his mouth with her fingers...
Zoya : Asad please..aapko kuch kehne ki zaroorat nahin... aur haan.. mein apke is kamre ko bhi bahoot jald kabsa karenwali hoon...
Asad smiled hearing her : Pleasure will be mine Zoya.. I love you !!
Zoya : I love you too Asad !!
Ayaan who had come over , was standing near the door and he heard the talks going on between Asad and Zoya.. He had tears in eyes.. and he slowly walked back to the drawing room...
