The way I see it, it is Gul's characters that are orthodox. Fixing marriages for all the wrong reasons, talks of tehzeeb, dress codes for women, and the ultimate one..taking life changing decisions on behalf of your fiance without her consent..this is what is orthodox thinking.

The forum, largely comprises of upright, progressive women who can thankfully tell right from wrong.The few who can't are IMO the orthodox ones😃
The uprising on the forum is because the UN-orthodox ones can't bear to see the wrongful acts carried out by the characters.

Personally I have nothing against Zoyaan, though I am an Asya shipper, the pair is of little importance, it's the route they've taken to establish the pairing that stinks.

she never trusted him! Wow...so putting your life in danger, to save his sister from a disastrous marriage shows that u don't trust him? When he called her, she was too busy saving her life, from what I remember. Even she at that point of time had not registered the fact that she was sitting down for a nikaah ceremony. But her fault is that she is taking this treatment metted out to her without opening her mouth, when she was pouting heavy dialogues about woman's liberations and choices only a few weeks ago.

and now the situation is so out of his control tht even if he wants to save zoya from all this he couldn't! Well...instead of dragging her all the way to SM, he could have paused to ask both Ayaan and Zoya what and how everything happened.

and as far as ayaanis concerned he's just feeling guilty for whatever is happning or happnd!

and he's just thinking tht worst has happnd!
