just because someone (let's say A) is older than B...that does not mean A is wiser and more mature than B...B could still be wiser and more mature than A...i have seen this in real life...where a younger person is much more mature than the older person...just like in Nikkhat/Najma's case...Nikkhat seems to be more matured and we're told that she's the younger one...also looks wise...even I agree Nikkhat looks older than Najma...but then again...i have seen many cases where a younger person actually looks older than the older person...heck...no need to look farther...i myself is an example...i'm always thought to be younger than my younger sister...and i have been asked many times if i was still in school(not even college ) when i've already been working for 10 yrs...

But yes, Nikhat seems older to me. It's try what briach_gal said, that A can be younger and still more mature. But still, even in terms of the way they related to each other, or with others, Nikhat seems to be the oldest one. In that sense, Najma should've matured seeing the hardships they went through. But didn't, as much, I guess because Asad and Dilshad always shielded her from all that and took the responsibilities on their own shoulders. Asad more than anyone.

Sigh. Who knew the age of siblings could cause so much controversy 🤣
