I don't understand this girl. Why is she being so desperate right now?? I love Nikhat, and my heart went out to her especially when she saw Imran and Najma, but seriously? You're going to marry his brother, and even worse go back to being insulted and degraded by his mother.
Another thing that's really bothering me, they keep saying she's getting older, she's getting older, um how old is she? She's not even done with school yet, and that's still very young to me. What's the point in investing all that time and money in getting yourself an education and degree when all you want to do is get married in the end and not work?
It's not her fault though. It's all Shirin. That woman really needs to be slapped into her place. What kind of mother are you? A mother is supposed to give her children hope and strength. Instead she's making her own daughter feel worse about herself by agreeing to the fact that she's dark and can't find a decent guy to marry. And stressing on the fact that only an older or married man will want to marry her. Imagine what kind of effect that has on the poor girl. A mother is supposed to make her daughter feel like the most beautiful person ever. Give her encouragement and reassurance that someone will love her for who she is.
