The Pillow of our Dreams
Dear Mr.Khan,
There we were, all alone with nothing beside our love and the pillow. You were breathing so gentlely as if you were whispering. Drifting away in hestiataion but then coming back due to the force of our love. You gave me these smiles that yelled and told me you were happy. You layed your head down beside mine on your pillow of dreams. Wait haha our pillow of dreams, and you said " I Love You Zoya" silence for about 2 seconds " I will do anything for you, I promise my love" Those beautiful and touching words gave me the happiness I had been waiting for. I didn't need anything else, but you wanted to give me everything. You gave me a single rose and without saying one word I knew what you were thinking. Your eyes were revealing the pure happiness you had at that moment. There were no sounds at that moment, and I was happy, I didn't want anything to ruin that first real moment. I just wanted to hear our heartbeats together for once. After so long, and endless nights of just dreaming of us together that night had finally arrived. I wondered if this was just a dream and I would wake up. As if your loving gaze would just turn out to be betrayal whispering into my dreams. You come near me but I turned away. Trust me I didn't want to but scared of a heartbreak I had to. I could see from the corner of my eye you rested your head on the pillow as a teardrop rolled down your beautiful face onto our pillow as if it was fading our memories away slowly. Seconds passed by with both of us in our own thoughts but neither of us said a word. It had been to long and you left me alone with my unsaid love and our pillow. Weeks and weeks went by you never came to see me or ask me how I was. But it all doesn't matter now, I'm gone forever but I just wanted to let you know I loved you with all my heart. But I couldn't let you love me knowing that I would be gone soon. But atleast our parting was ever so sweet and full of sorrow. Just save the love and promises on our pillow of dreams.
