Usually, me, a sucker for all kind of love isshtories starts counting lambs and baaju-ke-ghar ki ladhaai when couples dive into sugar syrup bowls. I like angst, i like separation, i like dukh-dard bhare geet -sangeet and some physical wrestling because it gives an adrenaline rush to the passion...

But... at the same time, i cannot deny that when some couples do the sweetest things for each-other, go so many extra miles for each-other , share some rondu-pondu and mere-gale-laggo moments - they are BUILDING a relationship. They are making memories, they are absorbing each-other and they are knowing each-other inside out. Like Geet said in JWM - " Ye jo time hai na, ye bahot accha time hai. Ek din humein isse yaad karke khoob hansenge."... its true. Ye aur baat hai ki hero-heroine acche time ko yaad karke bas rote hi hain.🤣

Asad-Zoe's moments post the resolving of the BCA issue have been playful, romantic , sensual but not without laying a foundation that why they can never be separated. I usually skip candyfloss but AsYa hold my attention. Reason being, i see a woman who is living the fairytale she wanted and i see a man who is learning to leave shadows and step into light. They don't do any 'jeene-marne-ke-waade' but just assure each-other , that they will see the Judgment Day together.

Today, i sort of felt bad for Asad. He is still wriggling out of shadows - he is not used to being happy aur shaayad ye khushi uskii ummeed aur uske sehne se bahot zyada hai. When he says he never had the time to think about wishes in teenage, you realize once again how traumatized his life really has been. And just why he needs Zoe so much? Who else can stubbornly hold Asad's hands and demand a wishlist so that she can fulfill it and make him happy? Who else can flirt with him on webcam and go to sleep watching him? Only Zoe. Who can make Asad build wishes on the spot and say "Main chaahtaa hoon.." except Zoe? Nobody.

I don't see cheeseballs even when most sappy scenes are written for AsYa. I see two people who belong to two totally different worlds but fight all odds, including themselves to crash into each-other and burst in a love explosion.

P.S- Ohhooo! Ghaffur ka Gabbar-Waala badlaa! Justice ke naam pe apni Jaanu Razia ki gardan aa ge de di, par ye zaalim mohabbat bhi bahot badee cheez hai. Agle hi episode mein Ayaan ki neck pakadke ke revenge machine mein diesel bhar daala? Am telling you, Ghaffur loves Razia! 😆

P.P.S- Zoe, can you stop calling Asad emotionally challenged? Jitna Asad ne tumhaare liye kiyaa hai na, tumhara apna khoon uska 0.000001% bhi achieve nahiin kar sakta.

I don't understand what cheesy romance means honestly when it comes to AsYa. This is not a show where there is no head or tail to the story, and the shows leads are put into frame to just show romantic moments so that they can grab eye balls. QH has a story, very well written characters and very well executed back tracks to each character trait. Asad and Zoya have had their share of fights/ differences/ attraction/closeness separations and then the baggage of their past as well. They have finally overcome a great deal of issues to to realize their love and to be together. The phase that they are living now is for a purpose. Firstly like you said its got a lot to do with both living their life they could never live. Zoya had no one to take care of her wishes and Asad never expected anyone to think about him let alone ask someone to pamper him. Zoya has finally gotten someone whose taking care of her every need and fulfill her every dream, but sadly Asad has never had the time to even think about anything else. This is the time they're living a life which they couldn't in their younger years. There might be a separation later on which could be very much physical, and this is how they will be connected to each other. Also they have to reach a point in their relation where emotionally they can never separate no matter if they have to go through a temporary physical separation.

Relations are gradually built and barriers are slowly crossed, a couple like AsYa are more about feelings, then jumping on each other at every given moment.

And if like every other show and couple, all viewers expect is passionate moments before the real build up with real content, I suggest QH is not for them 😕 IDEK whose been saying it but I get the idea because you needed to make a topic 😆

I only mean to say, meaningless, and randomly put eye locks and pinning to the wall and so on kind of passionate scenes have been done and dusted, why not accept that AsYa are a different couple :\ I am not ready to let the couple go to the dogs because of some hormonal demands.

We have seen Asad and Zoe become AsYa. They have their own distinct characters, we as audience have seen them long enough for us to box them into what we assume they are. The story is just giving them newer dimensions, I for one love seeing characters breaking out from their molds. Doing stuff that is so not expected, it is refreshing to see that. They are so much more than just Akdu and musibat. 😆

Romance can be cheesy sometimes, but AsYa are definitely not.

And who decides cheesy quotient? 😆 It's just a preference.

Personally i totally disagree.

They are cheesy like a cheese burger with extra fries and extra cheese pizza on take out night.

Point is Asad is trying to make it up to zoya ..okay bt this whole wish list thing and the holding hands

its not appealing to me at all.Its like he's trying to win her trust and faith bk not gain it.I find all the overly top romantic things are making asad look out of character..its just nt the character of Asad nd to me its spoiling the couple.Passion and desire is no longer there man More like this love hide and seek thing and suddenly asad is at the service of zoya for any and everything.Its really sappy and kinda hard to watch man.I'd go for anything bt this...

Nd little things...asad is doing all these over the top things for zoya...this is crazy,sappy,unbelievable and unbearable.Love lies in the little things in life...

Asad and zoya are a little cheesy but i don't mind seeing their cheesy romance coz honestly they are adorable and make me smile ear to ear😃Asad saying that he didn't have time to think about his wishes wen he was a teenager made me feel so sad him...i think that since both asad and zoe had a hard life and they didn't really live their teenage years like normal people do they are living those times now wen they are in their initial stages of relationship...and so true only our zoya can make asad tell his wishes and hold his hand like that to stop him from leaving...

I don't get why Gaffur is scolding ayaan...ek to he saved her from that pervert an moreover he has been the only one to believe all along that rajini is indeed humeira and the only one to look after her all this time...
