As far as the break up is concerned, it was Najma who broke up with Imran, and he did admit that he made a lot of mistakes

One of them "could" be Tanveer, we all know how manipulating Tanveer can be

And regarding Nikhat, true she loves him, but today Imran admitted that he could not love anyone else but Najma, perhaps thats why he could not fight against his mom


Maybe we just need to see him with an open mind.

PS he is not a total sleezeball, remember, him and Nikhat got stuck and they had to spend a night in a motel, he did NOT take advantage of her.
