It's interesting how the interview has made all the bugs crawl out of the woodwork. I for one am watching for story, there are parts of QH which are cringe worthy in between, downright distasteful, I guess for the benefit for the TRPs 😕(I always wonder about the PH and channel claiming that melodrama of extreme sorts fetch the TRPs in question) . The characters have done totally uncharacteristic things in between, and I give them that leeway, it's a daily grind, so it gonna drag in places, characters will go about doing things we don't expect, but one thing that needs to stay constant is the story vision. We need to see the story unfold with somewhat consistency, and see that consistency in the characters too.
The production quality, the editing, the execution all of it matters on how viewers connect to the show, when they start floundering in those areas, acting saves the day, however it's unfair to depend on just the good acting. These actors can deliver and how in a good script and story, we already know that, from what we have seen so far.
QH started as a really good story, with strong base, and has many promising areas that can be used in taking the story forward. They have amazing actors, and a range of loyal viewers, they have everything going for them at this point, now only hope is that Gul can show it with panache, at least the AsYa parts, I hope.
