Frankly the ignorance of your post is suffocating and Karan could probably sail a boat in the amount of drool .KSG is an exceptionally talented actor but he did not make this show popular , it was the joint effort and hard work of the cast and crew. The TRP audience is not a bunch of hormonal teenagers who drool over KSG and his abs , don't be fooled by the the internet audience half of them are not even from India. The show is worth watching because of the excellent direction , storyline and fabulous acting by all and not the mere presence of your KSG . I'm certain the show would've been just as popular without KSG and SJ and different actors. However since you seem hellbent on proving that everything he touches turns to gold then I would love to hear more about DMG's low TRPs and his flop Bollywood career ! Also just because one person made that SJ comment there was no need for you to act like a butthurt fangirl and generalise the whole fandom and before you throw around the word delusional please do everyone a favour and look up the meaning because you seem to be the most DELUSIONAL of them all. Anyways I'll leave you to your worshipping of Mr and Mrs KSG, I'm sure you have lots of new material to add to the shrine, so I won't keep you 😃.

I haven't seen him win a Best Actors award before... Not because he wasn't paired with SJ or whatever.. BUT because he didn't have a team like QH, a channel like Zee, and a script like QH... But I guess you fail to see it...LMAO... 😆 And let's face it ... QH won most of the awards... Yes I think it is a deserving show but that just shows that the awards were rigged... END OF STORY.. Karan is an exceptional actor. No offence but even though Surbhi is really good, Karan is a tad bit better than her in some cases! But then again he's more experienced than her. She'll reach there with experience! It's just my opinion. They both deserve the credit for jodi award and of course the team involved, They both bring the best outta each other, in fact they both said it in an interview and then the team who wrote such an amazing love story. For Karan's best actor award, along with his exceptional acting skills, team brought the best outta him! So it was definitely well-deserved! team deserves credit too.
