hello everyone, finally i managed to give u a update...
Part 8:-
he was trying his best to concentrate on his work but it was impossible, there were a lot of reasons of his restlessness...firstly zoya...his zoya was in India and secondly that little princess, sidra,why she called zoya her mother?
"what is just happening? YA ALLAH please help me out, why on earth sidra called zoya her ami? why? what was her relation with her, and that guy whom sidra mentioned her freind and soon turning into her father...everything is very confusing, i can't figure out it, i nee.." he was still busy with his thought when his mobile buzzed, he checked his mobile only to divert his concentration, it was a voice mail from sofia...unintrestingly he checked it "assalam-o-alikum asad, actually i tried to talk to you when you were leaving for office but it seems like you did'nt notice, then i called you but no response so finally i decide to leave a message, i need to inform you that i am going to dubai and now i m on my way to airport... i am not alone some of my friends are with me, we are going there for a charity function which will happen after two days and so we all decide to spent some time in dubai, well it is not decided yet that we will come back, i hope you will take care of yourself, ALLAH-HAFIZ" there was no change in his mood "what was the reason to inform me, this silly lady,always ready to waste my precious time, huh" he again turned towards his laptop only to be stopped by his mobile,it flashed "home"..."if sofia had already left for airport, then who is calling from home" he wondered and then finally recieve his call "hello" he said "salam sir" it was his servant voice, "yes kamran, why you called me?" he asked "actually sir, some one is here to meet you, they asked me to call you" "just ask there name" he ordered and after a minute or so kamran replied "it's Mr. Alok with his client zoya" the last word made him jump from his chair "zoya? are you sure kamran, that it's zoya?" "yes, they want to meet you, they are waiting for you" "ohkay i will be there asap" and then he disconnected the call, not wanting to waste a single second, he stood up, took his coat and left towards the exit
he was driving his car as fast as he can, "zoya, at my home...and kamran, why he called her a client, YA ALLAH, what is it, are you planning something new for me, i hope that what i am thinking will not happen, please ALLAH help me" it was the moment, when his car stopped infront of his house, he came out of his car and took little steps towards the entrence, his heart was beating very fastly, all those random thoughts were ruling over his mind, "why was she here? who is Mr.alok? what does kamran means with client?" and then finally he entered in his house and in an instant he saw her with her eyes on him, lots of emotion filled his heart as soon as he saw her "zoya" he wishpered, he move towards her and now he was standing in front of each-other
everything happened as zoya decided, after having bath, she called her lawyer and decided to meet asad, she can't take this anymore, she want to be free, from this relation, from his memories, she left in her car and after picking up Mr.Alok from his place they made there way towards khan villa, after the drive of half an hour or so they reached there, as soon as she saw that house, past memories flashed infront of her, how much she loved asad and what he did in result, she remembered there fights there funny fights, with a lot of emotions she stepped in, nothing was changed, nothing except there relations, there life, they were'nt together anymore, she was losted, totally losted only to be brught back by someone, she looked ahead only to find a man, "yes mam, how can i help you?" he asked politely "we are here to meet asad?" "asad sir is in office right now" "just call him and ask him to come home, we want to talk about something" mr alok said sitting on the couch, zoya sat after him, they noticed that man to talk to asad at phone, they both were staring at that man when he walked towards them "asad sir is asking your name" "umm i'm Mr.Alok and she is my client zoya" he nodded and again went back near the phone, after disconnecting the call he came to them "asad sir is on his way, you please wait...let me bring tea for you" that man left, as the time was passing zoya heart was beating more fastly, her eyes were glued to the main door, and it was a moment when her heart skipped, a current pass through her body, it was'nt difficult for her to realise he is here and the door opened, "i was right" here he was standing like a statue, she stood up and in a while they both were staring at each other, she heared him taking his name, her heart skipped as soon as he start coming towards her, they both looked at each other, only to be disturbed by alok...
"hello Mr.Khan i'm Alok, Alok varma" he came near asad to shake hand, "hello Mr.varma" asad replied, alok can easily notice that asad was confuse "umm please sit" asad offered him with his eyes on zoya searching for an answere "oh ya" the trio sat on the couch, asad was impatiently waiting for them to speak up "well actually Mr.khan i m zoya's lawyer and we hear to inform you about..." asad interrupted "divorce" the moment that word escaped from his mouth his eyes turned warm, and he understood everything, why were they here..."yes divorce" said zoya in a low tune with her eyes on the floor, "Mr.khan we had asked for a date in court, and they had given us the date of tomorrow, here is court's notice, everything is clear in this and yes we had also asked to give the custody of your daughter to zoya...because she is taking care of her from last six years... " asad looked at zoya in disbelieve, "this means that sidra is my daughter...YA ALLAH i can't believe this" asad was on cloud nine with this news but he realized about that custody and his happiness fadded... controling his emtions, he took that notice from him "i'll be there on time" he said totally avoiding zoya
zoya looked at asad, he agreed easily, was'nt she wanted the same but she can't digest those words "ohkay so see you tomorrow, come zoya" zoya followed her lawyer towards the exit leaving a hurt asad behind, she did'nt even turned once...as soon as they left, asad sat on his knees, totally defeated..."Ya ALLAH, why again...???"
that day he cried again, the whole day he spend in his room, he did'nt ate anything...
ayaan tried to call asad so many times but in vain, he was pacing in the drawing room, totally losted when humaira came to him "what happened ayaan? you look tense" she asked calmly, "humaira, i m trying to contact bhaijan but he is not recieving my call, i hope he is fine" "ayaan i think you should go and check him" "hmmm, u r right, i should" and with that he left...after a ride of 15 minutes he reached at khan villa...like always he walked towards his room and jumped in through the window...and there he saw his bhaijan, sitting on the floor totally numb, "bhaijan" he yelled but asad did'nt responed, he got more worried and walk towards him, ayaan sat after asad "bhaijan what happen, kya hua?" asad looked at ayaan with his blood shot eyes "ayaan" he managed to speak...ayaan can feel his voice full of pain "bhaijan, what happen, are you okay, please speak up" he turned more worried "ayaan, zoya...zoy.." and some tears fall from his eyes, ayaan eyes widened as he heard her name "zoya,...zoya what bhaijan" "zoya came...came home, you know why?" "why bhaijan?" "because she want divorce...ayaan she want divorce" and with that he hugged, ayaan hugged him, ayaan took asad and forced him to sleep and after sometime asad slept..he then called humaira and informed her that he will stay at asad's place tonight, asad is'nt fine on which humaira agreed easily...
next morning
asad was ready to leave for court, ayaan who forced him to have his breakfast and after trying a lot he agreed, while having tea ayaan said "bhaijan, i know that you don't want this divorce" "but what is the need of thinking about what i want ayaan, she want divorce" asad replied staring at nothing "bhaijan, today don't take decision from your mind, bhaijan you can't just agree on what she want, bhaijan today you have to think from your heart, just do what your heart wants...and i know you don't want to divorce zoya" asad looked at ayaan with a new hope...may be that only moment he decided what will he do

zoya along with dilshaad, zeenat, mohsin and Mr.Alok was waiting in the room for asad and after a minute he walked in, not alone but with ayaan and his lawyer... the trio settle infront of zoya and others...asya were avoiding eachother when the judge enter in the small court room, he red the case through the file "Mr.Asad Ahmed Khan and Mrs Zoya Khan you both need divorce, and according to this file, custody of your daughter sidra khan goes to Mrs zoya, now without wasting time, we should proceed, you both come here and sign these papers..." asad and zoya stood up from there chairs and move towards the table, asad was the first one to hold the pen, he lowered his head and look at those papers...his heart skip reading the heading, he realized that what he will do now, he decide that he will listen his heart...he put the pen back and stepped back "i m sorry my lord, i can't sign these papers, i don't want to divorce zoya"
