The holy month of Ramazan has begun and how!!!
Dilshad Ahmed Khan is a supremely elegant woman...what a mother!!! Stood up against her own son for her ex-daughter-in-law, but now daughter...Asad may be able to garner second chances from Zoya but his mom is not the one to tolerate this nonsense, lying down...she sees her son is in pain (she hugged him so tight during Chand Raat, trying to give him strength to listen to his heart)...she places her children's happiness above all else...her ultimatum to Asad shows her effort to get Asad to scream his feelings out loud...even if it hurts him...she does it for his and only his happiness...wish to be a mother like her!! Who unconditionally lives for her kids...
Asad...Asad...Asad...my heart goes out to him!!!...he has hurt so many people at once...his helplessness was so evident when his mother was berating him and he waited before she left to let the flood out of his eyes...'main aapko kaise samjhaaoon ammi' must have been the only thought in his mind then...Zoya in front of his eyes for the rest of his life?? his mom has decided to punish him in the worst possible manner...Chaand Raat mein chaand toh aasmaan mein tha, magar Asad ki nazar apne chaand se hatne ka naam hi nahi le rahi thi...Ms.Farooqui se Zoya se Ms.Farooqui tak ka safar Asad ne badi jaldi tay kar liya...the most poignant moment was when they both anticipated to hold each other's hands and stopped midway...only to realize the other person was doing the exact same thing...their thoughts, eyes and now even their actions mirror each other...beautiful...👏
Zoya...she looked like a fairy straight from the Heavens above...she is biding her time...she will not fall for Tanveer's words stupidly...good strategy I must say...her trust and support and love for Asad is exemplary...itna kuch ho gaya and she still is so sensitively dealing with him...she knows he is hurt, broken and he needs a lot of care...Zoya had said once 'Mere dil mein ek bharosa rehta hai, Mr.Khan hain'...she is hurt that the same Mr.Khan does not trust himself and finds himself unworthy of her...Zoya will have to reinstate confidence in him again...and she knows it...she will help him fight his demons...and come out clean!!
The Siddiqui house scenes were soo soo soo good today...I personally have not seen Ramazan being so vividly and beautifully described...Ayaan's enthusiasm was infectious today...he was so sincerely explaining it all to Humeira/Rajni...and the Siddiqui patriarch Gaffur completed it profoundly...
What an irony Mr.Gaffur Siddiqui..har ek alfaaz jo aapki zubaan se nikla uska sauwa hissa bhi agar aapne apni zindagi mein utaara hota toh yeh zindagi hi kuch aur hoti...koshish kijiye ki jo aap kehte hain uspar amal bhi karein...
Aaj toh sirf Chand Raat hui hi hai...Ramazan has just begun...and already there are chinks in the armor of evil...now I am sure that this holy month of purification will remove all toxicity from the lives of both families...the Siddiqui sisters mean business!!!
Ajmer was realization...Ramazan will be the redemption...
P.S: QH has an exemplary set of actors...sab ek se badhke ek hain...well done guys!!!
