First of all, none of the scenes in QH are unnecessary or illological (though going by recent events, ...well just let it be)
1. The blood test incident, the morning sickness incident, the doctor phobia incident,... will lead Zoya to deduce as well as point out to Asad that Billi was pregnant even before their alleged SR.
2. Tanveer claims to be married, so can Zoya not claim the child to be her "husband's " and not Asad's?
3. The doctor told Billi someting that she didnt pay attention to- will that be the ultimate event in Billi-Imran's downfall or will that be just a small part of all this?
P.S. I have noticed that some write Billi as BCA. What is that?
