If Asad decides to marry that billi then he will have to wait and do so after she delivers the baby. A pregnant woman is not allowed to get married in Islam as far as I know. I know it's not an Islamic show but the characters are Muslim and they have to follow the rules right?

Yeah! Even I feel. The doc told her something important to which she didn't pay any attention. So that may play a role.
