I am sorry if am spoiling the fun for some people who are watching the 9.30pm telecast.š
Absolutely realistic and fantastic portrayal of pain, longing, separation, true love, guilt and angst by Asad-Zoe today. They did not meet but the way the scene was written, especially the dialogues and the underplayed/overplayed ( as per the graph of the scene ) reactions of the actors - Fantastic Job.
The best part being that it took Asad and Zoe sooo long to register that they are going to meet - the initial disbelief , the numb reaction, the realization and their run for each-other. Asad was frozen for a minute or so when he saw Zoe running in the side view mirror. Zoe looked equally frozen when the Bii at the Madarsa told her that some Asad Ahmed Khan was there to see her. Anyway, i do not want to spoil the scene but two highlights stand out.
1. Asad's distress on knowing that Zoe is living the life of a lifeless robot and his ill-will and curse to himself that if he has landed Zoe in this state , he must suffer the worst possible. The Bii saw his pain or else she would have never informed Zoe that Asad was here to see her.Asad wanted the ground to swallow him when the administrator told him that Zoe sleeps on the floor.
2. Zoe's tears of happiness and the mad dash she made to the door on hearing Asad's name ; and her complete breakdown when she saw Asad drive away. She is still madly in love with him and so is he. For a few seconds or so, she seemed the happiest woman in the world.
Karan , Surbhi and Alka were top-notch today. š
P.S- As much as i love Amrapali, Tanveer, please get a complete memory loss. š³
