Actually the show isn't about romance much it's about how you deal with things whn a husband and wife are both arrogant in a relationship. It teaches a message as to one person has to break his ego how to cope with certain things. It had a great message. The girl is arrogant and so is the guy. But in the end when the guy doesn't go after her the girls ego breaks finally.

But I didn't like the girl after marriage. She's too kadoos. Always giving bhaav to the guy!

Also the title song says "kisi ke gham ko baantna hi pyaar hi" but the girl never shared her sorrows/problems with the hero. How's it justified?

Thats the message! The girl was the problem. Haven't you ever seen such girls? Even i have been egoistic in my life with some people but ego isn't really the solution. You have to accept that. In the end she finally does.

The girl has suffered all her life that she thinks everyone is bad she treats them like that and even with her husband she acts like that thinking he thinks low of her or something she hated men.

I love the message in the show.
