Poignant Episode with twists

What a lovely episode. No matter how far Asad and Zoya are emotionally and physically, there is a deep connection between them. Neither can function without the other. I don't know about you guys but I loved the sequence where Asad imagines Zoya everywhere. It reemphasizes the depth of his feelings. The icing on the cake was how he only fell asleep because he thought that Zoya was next to him. She is home to him. His life is colourless and empty without her. Society, his mother, father, sister and brother can yell, scream and insult him all they want but he berates himself ten times worse. The man is so incredibly devastated and it shows.

Zoya on the other hand has chosen to deal with grief by committing an act of selflessness. Very few people have the courage to do good for others when their own lives are falling apart and this to me just reaffirms the beauty of Zoya's character. Her imagining Asad there tells me (us) that he is never far from her mind regardless of how mad she is at him.

The highlight of today's episode for me was the father-daughter interaction. Zoya has never seen Gaffur in a good light and today she neatly put him in his place with class and grace. When the father reveal happens its going to be less "I want to know him" and more "What happened 17 years ago and what happened to my mother".

Just when I think Gul is boring me with a ridiculous story she pulls a stunner of a twist by starting back up one of the mysteries - that of Zoya and Gaffur.

Interesting twist of the day-

Tanveer will soon start to show and she has had no luck with Asad. She also for some reason that I haven't fathomed wants to interact with Imran again. Why? Why does she care what Imran does with his life since she is so wrapped up in trapping Asad?

i was kinda bored to be honest but yes, it does look like we might get the pregnancy track before Ajmer..I'l be delighted if thats the case😆 Btw, the doc told Tannu something important but the bitch was too engrossed in her ex to notice it..Am sure this is gonna play out in some way😆 I cant take a crying Asad and Zoya anymore man..KSG and SJ cry amazingly well and it just makes it so much more depressing Why the drag? And yeah, the amount of violence they show in QH disgusts me..Whats with the precap🥱 I hope they start with the Ajmer track atleast in a week's time

The violence annoys me but frankly Badi B is asking for it. She just needs to smarten up in her interactions with Razia. The woman knows that Razia is a murderer and she still plays high school games with her?

Agree with you.. I loved today's episode.. Asad imagining Zoya was so emotional and touchy..

See I can see it working out positively both ways:

Version 1: Asad and Zoya meet in Ajmer and have an angsty confrontation. Eventually he gets Zoe to listen and she puts the pieces together and figures out Asad was innocent. Tanveer in fear of being revealed will try to kill Zoya. Asad may/may not see this saves Zoya. It is possible that post this Zoya tells Asad everything, forgives him and they get married at Ajmer Sharif. Now, if this happens even if Tanveer reveals the baby secret Zoe won't leave Asad and she will in fact find a way to prove Tanveer is lying considering she will be the one who knows that Asad and Tanveer didn't happen. So, Tanveer is screwed.

Version 2: Tanveer uses the pregnancy to force Asad's hand. He feels incredibly guilty but agrees to marry Tanveer. Dilshaad may not stand for it but might agree if they both pray for their sins, which is why they go to Ajmer and that's where he sees Zoya and the rest of the story plays similar to Version 1.

Yes, Pri! I found it an okay episode! The Ghafoor- Zoya scene was brilliant; and the Asad imagining Zoya everywhere was also very poignant.

If she left a month ago, why has it not been reported to the police, and why is everyone at her house not more concerned than shown?
They are all acting as if she just left that day and they are worried simply because of Ruzia's shouting.

Also, what was it that Tunveer did not hear the doctor say even though it was important?

It has been reported to the police. Ayaan and Gaffur are worried but Razia obviously won't be and Badi B has caught on.

@teal - obviously whatever was so important that she didn't hear will be what ultimately destroys her.
