Why evil ( Razia / tanveer ) won?

Hello ,
I totally understand that to keep any serial drama going we need more evil characters than the good
Characters. Still I need to say this:
Why good people like Zoya/ badi bi/ Ayan do not use technology ( to record conversations, video recordings/ grabbing and securing the proof as soon as you see it)to expose
Evil people? As we have seen multiple times Razia, tanu confessed their crimes, their evil intentions,
How they want ti destroy the happiness of the family, openly challenging to stop them and openly threatening good people. Why good people are shown to be so overconfident on their abilities,about their intelligence and so adamant on exposing the evil all by themselves without confiding it to anyone or getting any additional help that they just want to play childish games with evil people and allow them to win.
