I am really not understanding why Tanveer did not do this before? Drugging Asad, raping him? Why did she choose Wedding day? Why was she so confident that Asad will go alone to wedding venue adn she can trap him? What if Ayaan had accompanied Asad?

Isn't it mystery?

It's just a creative liberty I think. Since they were building up to the nikaah so much, it was the perfect time for the CV's to make us hate her more and to separate Asya.

Yeah, it was in my mind that if situation has not worked out in her favour what she wld have done get alone with Assad on wedding night? I think before she was helpful wedding won't happen and then no need for drugging if zoya had gone back, she was sure dilshad will pick her for jammy
