Agree completely! Asad did not deserve this. Zoya did not deserve this. AsYa did not deserve this. And Dilshad/Aapi did not deserve this. Every pure heart was hurt through one disgusting scenario.
Most importantly, we did not deserve this. We were drawn to a beautiful story with purity and innocence. This was beyond what was expected. This was not needed and very insensitive considering so many important problems of life were dramatized in such a negative and dirty fashion.
TV should be a medium which inspires viewers and shows the right direction. Constantly letting evil win not only leaves a bad taste, but sends a bad message. We should be working to make society a better place and show criminals that they will not get away with their evil INTENTIONS forget about deeds.
Qubool Hai always stood out for me. It was different. It sent several positive messages. It explored beautiful aspects of cultures and reality of society. However, it also showed how to move above and beyond norms of society and inspired people to attain a progressive thinking. It was truly a good example for many. The black magic track and the other negative tracks were also accepted considering Qubool Hai is fiction. However, there is a fine line of what can be shown in fiction and what hurts sentiments and I think this line was crossed.
I am not going to stop watching Qubool Hai because I am hoping that Asad get's justice and in turn we get justice! Everyone learns from their mistakes and should get a second chance, so why not Qubool Hai. However, I certainly hope that going forward we see justification and justice to what was shown yesterday. Bring back the essence and magic of Qubool Hai!
