Okay, here is what i think. if you guys remember the incident happened between Ayan and Humeira(Razia made them sleep together under intoxication) , those 2 characters have faith in them that they couldn't do anything wrong no matter what state they are in. Then how can they ruin main leads character/nature.

If Asad or Zoya believes in tanu's made up story about consummation then its not their nature.
Dilshad character also should not believe this because she is not Shireen afterall.

So far, QH showed us these 3 are very very strong characters.
So, i strongly believe that the article is fake (at least the consummation part i would say).
