It is sad when a story or a book ends, and even more when it is one of your favorite. 😳
Such a beautiful journey, such lovely memories, old and new. And so it ends.
A new dawn, a new morning, and them together in a frame. Beautiful. I loved how you wrote the whole sequence, the tie, the almost kiss. 😳
The move into his room, that's AsYa for you. 😆
The phone call, I got the hint from previous note of yours, however I did not guess it would be this. Perfect. It, ties up this part completely. And he was preparing himself to go through another round of pain. Zoe's acceptance and that visit to her abbu is so heart felt.
And finally the broken pieces of her memory all come together, and the blanks will be filled by new ones and Asad will keep them glued and bonded together.
I enjoyed every word of this story, it is one of the best on QH. The simplicity, the genuine emotions, the extra in the ordinariness of it all, makes it so perfect Noe.👏👏👏
It was a pleasure to read this. In this world of high speed internet, fleeting emotions, faster is better, instant noodles (which I do enjoy sometimes) a constant and steady story is such a grounding read. Like a perfect cup of coffee on a lazy Sunday morning with blue skies. Your story is like that. One that wants to be read again and again. A comfort story one wants to come back to and knows it will be alright. 🤗
Now looking forward to your next one.
