Asad safeguarding Zoya to protect her honor in-front of the strict Imaam sahab while he himself understands and forgives Zoya that she might have not known the culture cause of her upbringing in States.
Zoya on the other hand displayed the power of her love. Its her power of Asad's Love which gives her the strength to overcome all the obstacles she faces which are meant to redeem Asad's dignity.

Hats off to Cvs.. We as audience are getting tensed with spoilers , SBS/SBB segments etc..but CVs are thinking above all our thoughts and the recent scenes which we saw shows how respect , love and trust is building up between Asad and Zoya..
I also liked one more scene.. As somebody pointed out.. Asad again protected Zoya by entering Tanveer's room at the correct time...His expressions were just awsome... Asad definately suspects something fishing with Tanveer.. He was too concerned for zoya as you mentioned.. He however may not realize that he is the prize for which Tanveer is fighting against Zoya..
As we have seen in yesterday's Tanveer attempt to drug Zoya and in the upcoming episodes, the Mehendi scene which Zoya will bear the pain and come out victorious.. this only shows that may be a huge drama will definately come up before the Nikaah.. ...
