Actually when zoya was young she was caught in a fire accident along with her mother, which she doesnt remember now...So she gotburnt marks on her hand from that accident...Thats the reason why she always wears full sleeves clothes so that she can hide the scar...Hope it makes sense now

in childood zoya was in gudiya factory with her mother when zoya's mother was murdered and then that factory was burnt...zoya was saved but she also got burnt...she still has nightmares about that incidence..she only remembers glimpse of that scene...that is why she always wears full sleeves..this is the first time they have shown the full scar thing.
