Isn't Najma older than Nikhat?

No she's younger. Rashid had Nikhat with Shireen before Najma was born. I'm not sure if it was that he cheated on Dilshad, or had children with Shireen out of wedlock and then married Dilshad. That part is not clear. But It goes like this (from eldest to youngest): Asad, Nikhat, Ayaan, Najma, Nuzzat.

u guys r right coz when Najma was telling the story to Zoya she said when Dilshad was prego with her (i.e Najma) she found out that Rashid had another wife and child (Ayaan). Around the same time Shireen found out about Dilshad and left him so Rashid had no choice but to bring Ayaan to Dilshad's house. Dilshad was upset and sick a lot during her pregnancy therefore Asad had to step up and take care of Ayaan - no mention of Nikhat anywhere. They were happy but some how on Najma's first birthday (after almost 2 yrs) Rashid was called by Razia to burn the doll factory and the next day since he was blackmailed he had to leave Dilshad and go live with Shireen. Rashid wanted to take Asad and Najma with him but Asad choose to say with his mom. Ever since then Rashid kept his promise of never keeping in touch with Dilshad, Asad or Najma (However in his initial talks with Ayaan we found out he kept tabs on them from far as he knew where they lived etc)

17 yrs later on the same day that Asad met his tufan aka Zoya😆 and incidently got stabbed by the gunda's who were looking for Zoya was the first time Rashid saw his son and first wife again as he could keep away from the hospital when he found out Asad had been stabbed (chose to see Asad over Nikhats rishta) . After seeing Asad in hospital Rashid tried to get in touch with his first family and Ayaan encouraged him to do so but Razia ensured Hassina bi showed up at the house that same time so Rashids could not keep his promise to Asad, Dilshad and Najma.

Later when Raashid thought he was being watched was when for the first time Rashid went to Asad's house to give Dilshad all docuents of all the investimetns he had made in Dilshad, Asad and Najma's name as he was sure after his death they would not get it but obviously Razia found out that Rashid had visited Dilshad at her house so she got Dilshad shot and made Asad think it was Rashid who got Dilshad shot so now Asad hates his dad with a passion and at the same time Rashis is even more scared and keeps his distance so that his first family does not come to any further harm because of him

btw: in the episode on 7 nov (i think) Bari bi admitted that forcing Rashid to marry Shireen was a mistake as Dilshad is the only one he ever loved and giving Dilshad and her kids up was the biggest scarifice he could make for them - and she now understands that without love what a long sad life her son has lead and therefore will do anything and everything in her power that her grandson does not have to lead a similar life!
