Maybe the eyebrows if anything...but other than that, I really don't see it either. Sorry. But nupsie...neha sharma...spot on! totally see comparisons there. Still think Surbhi is prettier than them all though. No offense to Neha or Priyanka if they're reading these. You both are beautiful too but right now no one can beat Surbhi.
