You know, it's probably coz I'm such a die hard DMG (Armaan) fan but I couldn't help thinking in DMG, Armaan was the one who always got into trouble and always got blamed while here, Asad is the one who always does the blaming and Zoya getting into trouble. Thought I'd share this totally random observation. I really hope that someday in the futur, we get to see the Armaan wala depth of love in Asad

But Asad's intensity is so much more from the very beginning. A level of maturity is always very interesting and KSG does justice to it I must say.

Definitely...Armaan's intensity came much later and at a very different level but I'm always confused regarding Asad's level of maturity. In some situations, he seems much more evolved/mature than Zoya but then he is quick to judge and insult that it seems his maturity has gone out of the window. I think in a way, I like the way these characters are (very real) where each of them have these 2 sides where they are either really mature (both consoling and being there for each other for the really tough personal times they face (ex. when Asad found out about Rashid and when Zoya found out about hers) or really immature/childish (Asad's blame game and Zoya acting impulsively or trying different tactics to impress her Mr. Khan).

I completely agree KSG is doing a fab job with this role and its varying facets.

Arman was a light hearted person although Asad is the one who boasts about traditions

He should remember love requires trust and just because Zoya is easy going she isn't wrong

Oh..No doubt. He always remains at the top of my list. Nobody (even KSG as Asad) can come remotely close to Armaan. Since I'm always watching DMG or thinking about it, somehow random comparisons just come up (not really related to my liking/disliking of the character but just fact).
