the update was so emotional, i loved how both Ayaan and Rashid were there to support Asad when he was falling, in more than one way...i am so happy that he realised he loves her i can't wait for your upcoming updates, especially if were going to see a naughty Asad 😆 please please please update sooon

Chapter 4

Asad rushed into the room and the sight that welcomed him really broke his heart into a million pieces. There lay Zoya with so many tubes attached to her body. She lay there lifeless and as pale as ghost. The chalk white face made her look as if she was sick for a very long time. Asad slowly made his way towards her. More tears made its way down his face as he sat down next to Zoya and grabbed her hands in his. He shuddered at the touch because her hands were so cold. He bent down and placed a kiss on her hand.

Asad: "Zoya please wake up. Open your eyes; you can't leave me like this now. I know I have hurt you but I never meant it please open your eyes. I want to hear your voice again. I want to hear your silly shayari's, I want to see you smile that beautiful dimple smile of yours; I want to see you back to your normal weird self. I want to see my chirpy, loud, messy, bubbly Zoya back. Please come back to your Jahanpana six packs he needs you in his life so we can go back to getting the preparations done for our nikaah. We will be married in less then ten days please open your eyes. We have to fulfill our promise to ammi and make sure that the promise she made is fulfilled. Don't you want to get married to me? Isn't this what you want? To spend the rest of your life with this emotionally challenged person? Please forgive me for how I treated you Zoya I love you so much I can't lose you. You're my life Zoya. You're the light in my darkness. In fact you are the person that taught me to live again. You're that permanent fixture in my life that I can't live without, without you my life will be filled with darkness. I won't have a reason to live anymore. If you don't come back to me then I will come to you and that is your Jahanpana six packs promise to you. So please Zoya come back to me so we can get married and live together happily and then we can have kids who are just like you. We have a whole life to plan together but please open your eyes so we can do it all together as a couple as husband and wife for the rest of our lives."

Asad squeezed Zoya's hands and cried he let the tears fall which he held back for so long. He looked up at Zoya's face but still saw nothing. Disappointment filled him when he saw that Zoya still make any improvement or open her eyes. He couldn't and wouldn't let her slip into a coma. He couldn't lose the love of his life. Now that he found love he wouldn't let it slip away from him so easily he would fight for it and make sure to make Zoya his forever. He brought his hand up and carressed her hair. It felt so soft to the touch. He trailed his other hand down her face taking in her features he realized how soft her skin was. It was white and milky. He ran his fingers over her plump and luscious lips. He couldn't stop himself he got up and leaned in and kissed her on her forehead and worked his way down to her eyes and then to her cheeks and kissed his tears that had fell on her cheeks. He finally made his way to her lips and placed a kiss on her lips he pulled back and said, "Zoya please come back to me, I love you."

He went in to place several more pecks on her lips. He was still holding her hand in his hand and he felt a very small and light squeeze. He pulled back completely and looked at his hands holding hers. He squeezed her hand and several seconds later he felt her hold tighten slightly in his hands. He picked her hand up and placed a kiss on her hand and then went towards her neck and whispered into her ears.

Asad: "Zoya I love you! Please come back to me! I can't live without you! Please don't leave me I love you too much to lose you know!"

Asad looked back at her face and still saw no change in her condition he slumped against her bed and started crying while hold her hand. He felt lost he didn't know what to do. He knew that he caused Zoya a lot of pain but he needed her to wake up so he could say sorry to her and then embrace her in his arms. He yearned to hear her beautiful voice again, to see her mesmerizing smile, and her beautiful doe eyes which he could get lost in. He cried and just kept chanting as a prayer for Zoya to wake up. He tightened his hold on her hand and wrapped his other hand around her waist and brought her body closer to his. He just wanted to hold her forever and never let her go. He was so lost in his own thoughts that at first he failed to hear the soft voice who spoke to him.

Zoya slowly fluttered her eyes open. She felt a sharp pain in her back. She looked around and took in her surroundings. She was in the hospital. She felt someone's arm grab her waist and pull her closer. She heard the silent sobs coming from the person that was holding her. Her vision was a little blurred but she blinked away the haze and looked down to see a broken and shattered Asad holding onto her like a little child like his life depended on it and crying uncontrollably. She whispered his name out once but he didn't hear her she tried again and it worked.

Zoya: "A..asad…"

Asad heard her voice the second time and immediately his head shot up. He looked down to see a faint smile on her lips and her eyes were open. He let go of her hand and ran out of her room screaming.

Asad: "Doctor! Come quick please!"

Dilshad, Aayan, Najma, Rashid Nuzzhat and Nikhat were all sitting outside Zoya's room when they saw a anxious Asad run out of Zoya's room yelling on the top of his lungs for the doctor. The doctor quickly came and followed Asad into the room followed by his entire family.

Asad: "Doctor look my Zoya is awake. Please check her and tell me that she's going to be alright!"

The panic subsided from Dilshad and everyone else as they realized that Zoya was awake and okay. The doctor quickly did a check up on Zoya who was silently looking at Asad who had his eyes glued on the doctor. The doctor turned around and looked at Asad. Soon he broke into a smile and Asad eased up a bit.

Doctor: "Mr. Khan this is a miracle! Mrs. Khan is going to be fine! She is responding to the medicine and is showing great improvement in her health and it hasn't even been a complete 48 hours! We will shift her to another room soon and in one or two days she will be ready to go home. It just depends on how well she recovers but at the looks of it she will be fine. There is nothing to fear. She just needs to rest, take her medicine on time and also eat proper food to help her recover much sooner."

With that the Doctor left a smiling Asad behind. It felt as if he received the world's best news. He looked at Zoya who was staring at him with a quizzical look on her face. Asad smiled at her and walked up to her. He pulled her into a soft hug making sure he didn't hurt her wounds. He nestled his head by her neck.

Asad: "Thank god you are okay Zoya. You had me scared to death. Don't you dare ever scare me like that again! Understand!"

Asad placed a kiss on her neck and then looked up at her face she was blushing a crimson red and trying to avert his gaze. He leaned in and pecked her on her lips and she turned a darker shade of red. He pulled away and sat on the chair next to him holding her hand and not letting go.

Dilshad and Najma rushed to Zoya and sat on each side of the bed next to her. Asad didn't bother moving at all and just sat still holding her hand.

Dilshad: "Zoya beta I am so happy that you are okay! You had us so scared. We thought we would lose you forever."

Zoya: "Phupi don't worry I am perfectly fine. And besides nothing can take away Zoya Farooqui from her Phupi!"

Najma: "Zoya don't joke around. The doctors said that you could have died if you didn't respond to the medicines and that you could also go into a coma. It would have been the end. I was so scared I would lose you Zoya!

Zoya: "Tamatar come here."

Zoya hugged Najma and pulled back and smiled at her.

Zoya: "Tamatar I am fine don't cry now okay. And please smile for me. I am not leaving you to go anywhere."

Najma: "I know because know bhai-jaan won't let you leave his side ever."

Zoya gave a confused look at Najma and turned to look at Asad who was sitting there and staring at her.

Zoya: "Tamatar what do you mean by that?"

Najma: "Do you know Zoya when you we came to the hospital we saw bhai-jaan sitting in the corner and crying he looked so broken. We didn't know what to do. And then when the doctor came and told us about your condition after the surgery bhai-jaan completely lost it. I cant tell you the rest because that bhai-jaan has to tell you. If I tell you he will get mad and embarrassed."

Zoya: "Haww Mr. Khan was you really crying? And that also for me! Allah Miyah I cannot believe this my emotionally challenged fianc was crying for me!"

Zoya glanced to see Asad turning red and staring a whole in the ground and she decided to tease him some more.

Zoya: "Ya Allah look at that tamatar! Mr. Khan is blushing! Have you ever seen that?"

With that Zoya, Najma, Aayan, Nuzzhat, Nikhat all started laughing while Dilshad shared confused looks between each other. As Zoya started laughing really hard she didn't realize that she was still injured. As everyone was laughing Asad just looked up to see his Zoya laughing. She looked so happy and carefree even though she just went through such an ordeal. Asad slowly got lost in her beauty and slowly got up from his sitting position. He came close to Zoya and cupped her face and looked into her eyes. Zoya stopped laughing and looked up at Asad who was looking down at her with his eyes filled with love and passion. They didn't even realize that everyone had stopped laughing and was looking at them. Asad slowly leaned in and placed a kiss on her lips, he felt Zoya stiffen and he pulled her in for a hug. He felt her respond after a bit and hugged him back as best as she could. Asad slowly pulled back and looked at her.

Asad: "Get better soon Zoya please because I have a surprise for you and I also have to tell you something but I don't know if I will be able to hold it in for long."

With that he leaned in again and captured her lips into another kiss. He felt Zoya respond and soon they were both lost in each other's embrace and forgetting that they were not alone and that they had an audience. The Ahems from his ammi brought him out of his world and he looked up and saw smiles plastered on everyone's face. He saw how his sisters and brother were trying to hold in there laughter but failed to and let loose their giggles. Asad looked back at Zoya and smiled at her and she gave a sheepish smile back and looked away embarrassed as Najma and everyone was teasing her for her actions. Zoya looked back at Asad who was smiling at her. She grabbed his hand and squeezed it and gave him a killer smile which brought an even bigger smile on his face.

Precap: Asad and Zoya go on a romantic date! There are candles, roses, a romantic dinner and a very excited and nervous asad to confess his love to Zoya! But will the romantic dinner go well without meow meow (Tanveer) causing any kind of disturbances.
