this whole prediction is based on circumstantial evidence and is a timepass guess
i hope you all noticed the color if Zoya's Top some shade of yellow
and the promo with Ayaan shows her in the same top
the sari and te kurti in jashn e bahara spoiler have same colors
so what actually happened could be that Zoya somehow sneaked out of the house with the sari and went to a boutique ,got it turned into a kurti immediately took it and was returning when she bumped into ayaan providing a dramatic entry.
