On Thursday's episode what struck me and appealed to me was Asad's reaction in entering Tanveer's bathroom to check up on her.
With Zoya he ran to her bathroom without knocking, did the job to save her and then hugged her to no end...all with full and complete authority! With Tanveer no matter how close friends they are and no matter how much he respects her he didn't feel the urge to check on her about her eyes by rushing in to her bathroom. For that he let his Ms. Farooqui do the honors. He hesitated, exchanged a glance and then Zoya walked in and he later followed after a pause and immediately left after seeing Tanveer is fine.
This is the difference between Zoya and Tanveer to him. I wish Tanveer realised this! Zoya pe Asad ka haq hai which he will never admit even to himself but rest they are all kept at a distance in the boundaries of civility. These little gestures bings out the feelings and care of Asad for Zoya! He will shout, scream, smile, admire, adore, love, look, worry. care, save , protect, insult, apologise, get angry, look out for her, stop her from the heart from leaving without uttering a word...do all these only to HIS Ms. Farooqui but to no one else. Jis par pyar ho uss par hi haq hota hai! Mr. Khan your actions and reactions speak volumes, no words are required. I get the drift! š
CV's a very nice touch there, I liked that whole scene of their going together, stopping outside the bathroom door, exchanging look and then Zoya entering and he followed after a while.
