Kunal kapoor won the best actor. And he is freaking brilliant. But guess what, he has been in this industry since he was a teenager and has been royally ignored in favour of the more "popular" actors. It must be frustrating for him too. Never heard him cribbing. He cried when he got the award bec he truly thought they were going to overlook him again. He was so shocked yet so gracious.

I thought jennifer had a far better attitude than karan. She was trying to stop the situation from blowing up. And he got personality of the year, which she appreciated.

He did accept the award he was given, remember! So, he is going to do that!

At the end, he said like, if the jury FEELS that they have done justice and given awards in a non partial basis, then he has nothing to say than accept and agree. So, he just expressed his disappointment and opinion.

There was another video where it was mentioned that they didn't even write his name on the award given to him and there was no voting kinda of a thing. He himself looked surprised as to why they gave him that award? So, he is also annoyed about the award he got, not just the one that he did not get.

And how did he treat the award ?like it meant nothing. Playing with it and what not, very disrespectful.

He said I disagree. That was his exact word meaning he didn;t think the winner deserved to win and that was not right at all.

Personality of the year is a biggie. Not a vella award. Ankita lokhande who plays archana in pr won it last year and she is hugely popular and talented.

Oh God MUST we go through this again? Its been a whole week...This is just gonna cause problems.
If he goes to another award show and accepts their award I see nothing wrong with it. His problem is with the ITA awards being biased.

You've read my posts? 😆 That in itself is a lie. I've barely made posts on this forum. In fact I write FFs and never indulge in all the forum posts.

How is this bashing? Am i using bad language? Dragging his personal life?

I gave my opinion on a public statement made my him.

I'm not really sure what to think of the inteview. I would have called him arrogant if he hadn't have won anything, but the ITA's did try and keep him happy by giving him best TV personality. He sounded more annoyed about the fact that there is no judging on talent or work, but production houses and channels.
