Surbhi is fab . I initially strated seeing QH because of ksg and gul , but now Suebhi has became my favourite .
She is the best and no one can replace her ...

what with some people who love ksg truly and hate surbhi? they both are making the show successful, without one of them the show is incomplete.

Well reading your title I could nt stop myself, I am in no group in this forum nor will I ever be, but as a general public watching the show, I can tell you that surbhi Jyoti and Karan Singh Grover are the core to this show... If they would have paired Karan with someone known from before, this cheesy character of zoya would have been what it is.
Surbhi, I am sure was selected amongst the thousands in the audition and there has to be a reason for the production house. And it proves from the fact that she has ruled her place and has also been the reason for QH being on top along with all the other characters like Dilshaad, ayan, najma etc.

Also Karan is an established actor and there is no word to express him as well. He has surpassed his acting only because he is paired with a newcomer,surbhi urf zoya.

Lastly, I can only say Asad and zoya are the best couple and QH is rocking because of them...
GOD BLESS THOSE WHO HELP THEMSELVES ...

I'm saying the following assuming that what these "haters" said is limited to what you summarized in your OP and that they didn't do any name calling or insulting:

This is an open forum, not Big Brother's regime nor is it utopia where the universe is in compete harmony. People have the right to have a less than favorable opinion of Surbhi. I say that despite being a Surbhi fan from week 1. Nisha was called wooden and what not and it was acceptable to almost everyone.

agree with you!!..will never understand people!..Surbhi undoubtedly the SOUL of QH!!..she's really different but an awesome actress..:)
