As Amarpali said she fainted during dinner so Asad got a doctor to know if she is unwell or not but billi knows that if doctor does her chekup her bacha ka raaz will come out so she is telling (watch sbb again) doctor ko door rakho (guys she mentioned doctor once) yeh mujhe maar dalegi. . and just hugged Asad u know moke me choka and also I think the spoiler pic of ASYA having dinner would be after this becuz asad may not take his dinner before as tannu fainted so zoya will give him dinner later on

ITS just my prediction but I feel it to be right and also i am getting a feeling that billi's truth will come out in front of Dilshaad first (remember the way she was staring at her yesterday😆 i too got scared once toh)

You are right! Even I don't think she is pretending to be raped, she is just trying to be traumatized by some fear inorder to justify her fainting. And also to escape from the doctor(if you heard it right that Asad is getting doctor).

She can just say that the doctors face resembles someone who had tried to harm her earlier or may be she can also say she has some phobia of doctors( I mean their accessories) due to some past trauma, that's why she is getting scared.

Hugging is just trying to prove Zoya how much Asad cares for her, she is stupid to do that!
