"go with the flow " as bruce lee once said
that's indeed something we should remember at times.
I completely agree with you.
We should just go with the flow of the show/story and stop getting worked up
but that's the hard part our brain doesn't always agree with us and you see we all love thinking so with the number of spoilers we always try to connect the dots and come up with some conclusion. But again thats just predicting but panicking i dont really get the point in that, cause at the end of the day QH is nothing but a fiction which is meant for entertainment.
so stay calm and watch qubool hai 😃

^Point. Live QH but only as a story. There are other things to worry about - actual ones.

I love you.

That is all.

(I think I've said it before, idk though)

The reason for loving you is that you make posts that are actually sane.

Lol i agree and the reason we watch qubool hai or read a book is to stop worrying about the actual problems for some time cause thats what fictions do to us take us into an unreal world and away from the worries but still give us a message and sometimes they end up showing us who we are and provide solutions to all our problems

And that is the whole point , right? Books, films, soaps, docu-dramas - they are respite for everyone from the real world that just doesn't seem to match up to the sensitive magic that one hopes for. So, they are supposed to make you happy , liberate you and like you said, sometimes they show you who you really are inside.😊

The first time, and prolly the last time I'm writing on this forum. 😳 I have been following QH since a couple of months...and am enjoying it so far! It has its ups and downs...like every other show. There are flaws, there are some very strong aspects...all in all, its a gripping watch. One of the USPs, according to me is the strong line of actors it has...and the layers in the story/characters, esp. the main protagonists. I'll be honest...with time, one person has kept me hooked to the show. Yes...its none other than Asad (and this comes from a complete Non-KSG fan) 😳 I have never been a KSG fan...I don't drool on him etc. But have always believed that he is a very good actor. In QH...he has taken me by a complete surprise. He's doing a FAB job...and I'll be very unfair if I don't admit that Asad is Asad coz of him. SJ is extremely powerful in intense and emotional scenes...and I being a sucker for emotional-intense stories...love her portrayal there.

I don't visit this forum. The only two places that I keep a check on..are the CG and the written updates...but that too, very rarely. But whenever I come here...I see a plethora of posts regarding spoilers, segments n all. I never open them...coz they not just spoil...but ruin the fun for me. My definition of "enjoying" a show is very different. I watch...I analyze...and I make theories, as to what may happen.

However, the main thing is, the element of curiosity remains...and I prefer it this way. Sometimes, the episodes exceed my expectations (like the friday one) and many a times, I am disappointed. Still..THIS is the fun part of watching a show! If we know what will happen in the entire track...how it will reach its climax...what's the point in watching? Aren't we being unfair to the CVs as well as the actors?? They put in so much effort in giving us those 22-23 minutes of drama everyday...and we already know how the story will unfold. We skip the one's which we don't like...and wait for the one's in which we can drool and what not. What's the point then??

I completely agree with you! In fact, loved how u have put it. Watching fiction is like reading a book...the story unfolding at its own pace. It is our way to read the writer's thoughts...his/her presentation...his/her interpretation of the situation in hand. Excitement, inquisitiveness, curiosity...they are very natural...at least, I get very involved if a show inspires me (and only 2-3 have done that so far). I write reams n reams about it...dissect every scene...still, I prefer to 'wait n watch'.
Talking in the context of QH...I was one of those few people, if not the only one...who was extremely excited for Friday's episode. I could completely understand Asad's wrath and outburst...but when I came here after the epi to find some thread about Asad..all I saw was drooling on the upcoming AsYa engagement. Not saying that its wrong...but what I feel is...in the excitement of waiting for 'what is to come'...we don't enjoy 'what is there'! Unfair to the CVs n actors as per me.
And yeah...my experience at IF over years has taught me that this place has become quite intolerant towards those who have a different POV than us. 😳 So, in order to avoid any negative feelings...its better to add a disclaimer 😆 The above is MY pov...I don't intend to hurt anyone..any fan groups...any fan base. If I have done that in any way..my apologies.
Nice thread, Victoria! Really enjoyed it...and it compelled me to break my silence 😃
In RAbert-Mona's terms...'over n out' 😆😳

Excellent writing Vicky 👏

I had not read this post of urs & in sheer frustration made a new post too & encouraging everybody to calm themselves down. 😕 If I had seen this I would not have made a separate post 😳

However more the merrier I guess 😃

Well what to say we are getting unnecessarily panicked out on basis of some spoiler news & pics

And we are not enjoying the show 😕

Lets all settle down & enjoy the show 😊
