Tanveer handling Pregnanacy

I don't understand Tanveer...she is pregnant right...how come she manages herself in Khan mansion... I mean in pregnancy there are lots of problems to be face in initial days...like throw outs, morning sickness and bloody many more thing...how come she is hiding all these...Can't Dilshad see or hear anything from Tanveer's room ...i mean u can hide the reports but not ur health...

While I agree tanveers pregnancy is being handled badly not every woman suffers from morning sickness. However there will be visible body changes like hips widening, breasts growing so I am surprised Dilshaad, a mother, hasn't noticed the changes!

Waise jo bare expreinced log hote hain they guess such things with ease.like walking n sitting style which definitely changes a bit..
Bt yahan tanveer ka chaaracter itna sati savitri dekhaya hua hai k shayad dilshad k dimag mey asa khayal aya hi nahi 😳 😳

i think dilshad will find out soon abt tanveer's pregnancy...
maybe she will notice that tanveer is having morning sickness or doing smth that only pregnant woman does~~
