Exactly why I said its a negative point too. If the parents act stupidily the child especially someone like Asad will follow blindly. For him nothing is and never will be above his mom or even equal to her or close to the amount of importance she has.

Not never. He will need to grow out of his world revolving around ammi one day. He will need to lead his own life. He will need to handle hispsychologicalissues. Ammi will always remain important to him but not center of his world. Thats part of coming into your own. I'm sure even in India people give importance to independence and individuality.
